Does the job without breaking your nails
I bought a cheaper Chinese brand before this. I have a box of them unused. I try to use them, but I can’t take off the used tape without breaking nails and with a lot of frustrating time spent working to get the tape off. Scotch is American! American quality! You can actually take the used tape off with ease, it it’s comfortable to handle and it picks up dog hairs really well!! Stick with American made!!! Maybe one day all the prices, jacked-up because of imports across oceans for no reason, will drop! Buy American!! It is cheaper in the long run and better quality!!

Mostly Good- With some Drawbacks
Overall good product, although it has some definite drawbacks. It’s very sticky, and works well to pick up dog, lint, ext. However, sheets will sometimes peel off the roll while using it. The sheets are wrapped, as a spiral, around the lint roller. The paper is extra sticky, so the sheets sometimes pull themselves away from the roll on their own. Other than that, good product.

Tears cleanly, perfect for up to moderate amounts of pet hair
The reason we keep coming back to Scotch-Brite is that to us paying a few cents more is absolutely worth it when it comes to consistently getting a fast, clean tear. The time that we spent fighting with various generic and offbrand rollers, and the frustration that comes with that, plus the waste that comes from throwing away more sheets than you would with this brand, is simply not worth it.In our experience, these rollers are up to the task if you have an average tabby cat, and/or a German Shepherd or Malinois level of shedder. At peak shedding for one or two Shepherds or Malinois, you will go through a lot of these. That said I don’t know of a product where that isn’t true. And we’ve tried a bunch of different brands and manufacturers at this point.I might suggest going with the subscribe and save option on these to bring the cost down. Also, Scotch-Brite (3M) makes a greener version of this product (less plastic in the sheets, and the handle is made from recycled plastic) that you might want to look into. We’re going to give that a shot after we’re done with our current supply of these rollers.

Higher price, but not much quality
This product is definitely a necessity and there are not many other choices out there. However, I paid a higher price for this pet version, but the added glue was not comparative to the added price. I still need to put a lot of effort into picking up my pet hair. Disappointing.
