Great vacuum, great customer service
I don’t usually write reviews. However, after owning this vacuum for 10 months, I felt like I needed to share my thoughts. This has been my favorite cordless vacuum I have owned so far.-it is light and moves very easily-it holds a charge long enough for me to vacuum my entire upstairs on turbo mode (about 15 minutes)-the different suction modes are great-picks up pet hair like a champ-has great side suction-the filters and rollers are easy to clean-with 3 women and a dog in the house, hair never gets stuck on the rollers-easy to empty the bin-the light on the front shows everything I need to suck upI have vacuumed with this thing at least once a day for the past 10 months. I use it ALL. THE. TIME. After all this time, I have encountered one issue. We had a gear crack that turns the rollers. I emailed the company and they asked for some info and pictures to be sent back to them. Within 24 hours of it breaking, they have already agreed to send a new head for the vacuum. Their 2 year warranty and the customer service just cannot be beat. Levoit has become one of my new favorite companies.I highly recommend you buy this vacuum. I do not think you’ll regret it.

Excellent vacuum but pet owners purchase with caution!
A month ago I switched to this vacuum from a 15 year-old Dyson, and overall very happy with my purchase.Ergonomically, its light weight, has smooth attachment adjustments, is easy to empty, and easy to clean the filters. And though lightweight, it doesn’t feel like the parts will break with regular use as do some lesser quality appliances. I live in a one bedroom apartment with combination laminate flooring, carpeting/rugs, and the LED light on the vacuum head illuminates dirt and hair on all surfaces. This along with the ability to adjust suction strength makes this a very efficient vacuum. The battery holds up well too depending on the suction strength used. I am usually able to do 2-3 cleaning sessions before needing to plug in. The battery charges from 0-100% in about 30 minutes. The one down side is the small canister isn’t great for owners of pets with a lot of fur. I have a VERY fluffy dog who constantly sheds and I need to stop 3-4 times per cleaning session to empty it out, hence the 4-stars. But still my home feels a lot cleaner and I would highly recommend this product.

Good suction, very maneuverable, no cord to drag around.
I was looking for a vacuum which could do the job on my carpets and flooring without being as heavy as my “traditional” vacuum had become over time. I had used other Levoit products and was always pleased with them. Their stick vacuum is quite good. I am pleased with it. I appreciate the lighter weight which makes it quite maneuverable, even in small, tight spaces. Moreover, it slim head easily goes under low pieces of furniture without a problem. I appreciate the rubber blade in the vacuum head, as opposed to brushes. I have pets, and the brushes in the head of my older “traditional” vacuum were a constant headache to pull out the pet hairs. The Levoit picks them up without the extra headache. I love not having to drag around the cord. For a quick vacuuming for smaller spaces, this is ideal. The stick vacuum cannot continue on one charge if your space is quite large. Suction is surprisingly good.
