Eliminates stain Follow with water clean up after about 30 minutes. Smells good too.

This very good odor eliminator for cat and dog issues as well as other uses. It’s easy to use. All you need is purified water to mix with it. Do not use in its concentrated form. A gallon of distilled water if you are going to use the whole contents or make two bottles. It does not go bad. I mix and use a spray bottle and it works great. Timing is not an issue, set your time and clean up with a swifter.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I loved how it worked for a few weeks then the smell (cat urine) came back. I did hear that sometimes you need to do it a few times?

The smell is very chemically. Not sure why the spray smells nice and this does not.

IT WORKS!
I thought I’d give this a try to try and save a chair my dog had an accident on during a thunderstorm. I thought for sure my chair was a gonner but no. This stuff is AMAZING!. Do NOT dilute at all and I used ALOT. I dipped the Sponge and went to work & let dry in another room for a few days with a fan on it 24/7. I am IMPRESSED! Then I decided to give it a try on a floor that is ruined in a house we just moved in to. The flooring is split and has small openings and I kept smelling urine that was unbearable to me. The landlord told me the floor had damage but failed to tell me it was dog urine damage and once the humidity kicked in I could smell it. So I poured this ALL OVER THE FLOOR and mopped. Took a dropper and squeezed some inside the cracks, etc. Put fans on it 24/7 and WOW. 😲 Wow. Wow. Wow. I will be keeping this stuff for all stinky things. Buy this. THIS STUFF WORKS.

For a 14 x 20 patio and four dogs this works once a month
I bought this for my daughter. She’s got four dogs on a small patio and their urine was strong. She couldn’t find anything that would cut the enzymes of the urine and this seems to work.
