Excellent product
This was an excellent purchase at a great price. I purchased this product because I was going to be gone on vacation for a little over a week. I had no issues with this product working while I was away. Works even if your WiFi or power goes out (as long as you put batteries in it for backup). It also keeps portion sizes correct. It doesn’t take up too much space and it’s not too noisy. Setup was fast and easy to understand. Have not had to replace batteries yet and it’s been a few months. Love this product and would highly recommend. Item came fast and had no issue with the seller. Would purchase from them again.

Great feeder so far. I have osme tips if you’re struggling with set up!
I just got done setting this up. It was pretty straight forward, but there are a few pointers.When trying to attach the main hopper, look at the spiky bit in the center. You will see two cut outs on either side of the spike. Make sure that is aligned with the cut outs in the hole that the spike goes into or you won’t be able to get it on.Also, if you want to record a voice announcement, take the hopper off and be very LOUD into the little tiny hole on the top.The app can be a bit confusing, but all you need to know is click on the gear icon in the top left and in that menu select “Recorded AT” wait for the beep from the feeder and begin saying the voice line. Once you’re done, deselect “Recorded AT” and select “Play back” to hear your line from the feeder. Select “Feeding Announcement” to activate this announcement at feeding time. The bottom will allow you to select the number of times it is said during feeding.This menu also has a “Lock Button” feature so you can stop the button on the feeder from dispensing food in case your cats are clever and learn to push the button.Great feeder so far. It’s not the sturdiest, most well built thing in the world, but for the price it’s perfect. I had zero issues assembling it or connecting it to WiFi or my phone with their app.I will update this in the future and let you all know how it holds up!

Great functionality
My two cats always use a feeder and they understand that the food is stored in the bin and distributed through the chutes. The only reason for the 4-star rating is because they attack the feeder and it is neither sturdy enough to never topple over nor secure enough for the lid not to open. Also occasionally a piece of kibble will come out the chute during the onslaught and this reward keeps them believing that they can self feed.I keep the feeder wedged in a corner with painter’s tape securing the lid.The App for this feeder works well and creates lots of feeding flexibility. It allows for manual feeding, scheduled feeding and multiple portions. The App is stable and can be used remotely as well as at home. It also lets the user know if the feeding was successful.I really love how it works and find it worth the taped lid.

We have confidence to know our cats are fed. We have two cats so the two bowel design is perfect!Excellent well made product. Easy set up and also a space saver.
This automatic cat feeder has served me well. I am the proud owner of two always hungry cats and to be able to set the time and amount of food to be dispersed is a tremendous help. My cats love the sound of the dry cat food hitting the metal food bowls (which are very easy to remove and clean) and run to the feeder. Another great feature is that I can control the amount of food to be dispersed which is important for weight control. Set up of feeder was very easy and, once set up, it can be controlled via a phone. Overall, a great investment and allows for peace of mind when gone for a long day because the cats are being feed. Only dependent on batteries during a power outage. Thank you for a great product!

Great! Cats can’t get into it or knock it over
We love this 2 cat automatic feeder! One of our cats is crazy for food so will always try to open the lid or knock it over, but it’s sturdy on the ground and the lid is a easy twist on twist off that cats can’t open. The app is great too, we can set a schedule or manually feed them! We measured the amount of 1 serving and it’s 1 table spoon, the only thing is you can only serve in numbers of tablespoons but that hasn’t been a problem for us. It’s been 4 months and we haven’t had to charge it too.

Efficient and reliable feeder
I got this feeder once I got my second cat. In my opinion it’s the best option bc each cat has its own side and space to eat their food. It comes pretty much pre assembled and ready to use. I installed the batteries just for a back up, as advised. The magic is that you can feed your cats from anywhere, if you forgot to set up their feeding meals or accidentally turned them off. Quick and easy fix. So far it has been very reliable. And the portion sizes are reasonable. Easy to adjust at all times. Looks neat and is very easy to clean. If you get the stainless steel plates, prepare for the noise. lol

Perfect for two cats who eat the same food!!!
I have one pushy cat and the other is passive. So what I really love about my new feeder is that it feeds both of my cats at the same time, BUT SEPARATELY. I got the biggest one so it could be automated when I’m out of town. But I need to fix my wi-fi issue before that is a reality. So for now I just push the little button to feed them. I still like not having to get the bag of cat food out all the time while fighting my cats off. They LOVE to climb into the cupboards.I wish I could give it a 4.5 because I haven’t yet gotten it to connect with my wi-fi. I’m going with 5 stars though because I am fairly certain the issue is with the Smart Things app, not my cat feeder.It’s designed for 5G but after Smart Things 1 only only attempt to connect, the pop up said it needed a 2.4 connection which is incorrect. Anyway, I will mess with it another day or contact the manufacturer when I have more time. As a side note, I also have the higher end Furbo cat camera AND a self-cleaning cat box and none of these stay reliably connected to my Xfinity wi-fi. So maybe it’s my wi-fi???

Have had this feeder since March 23/25. Wish I would have bought this years ago for my two cats. I didn’t find the set up confusing/frustrating at all. I weighed the 1 feeding, divided by the weight of the amount I fed them and set the number of feedings per meals according. Others have complained about the 24 hours (military time) vs am/pm but it is really no problem. Mine get fed at 6:00 and 18:00 re: 6 am and 6 pm. The kibble dropping into the metal dishes really isn’t that loud.CONS: The usb cord is indeed short so I bought a usb extender. Don’t just trust the battery as they don’t last very long before dying. It does lose about 1 minute a week so I guess a person will have to adjust the feeding times once in awhile. Once (so far) about 10 days ago it dispensed the same number of feedings one minute apart. Not sure why. And the black isn’t as see thru as it appears in the product photos. The voice recording is too irritating so I don’t use it. The beep it does before dispensing the food is loud enough for my cats to come running from anywhere in the house.
