Super easy/versatile attachment, but not rechargeable
Now that I’ve got a bicycle again for the first time in years, and especially because I’m biking around a somewhat urban area at anytime of day, I’m needing the safety bike accessories that I always used biking around NYC. The most important for me was the “clip on” small LEDs, similar size/shape as this product, I had one white one in the front and a red one in the back, both were USB rechargeable and they attached by a thick rubber band. Whether I’ll use this product long term will depend on how often they require replacement of the CR2032 battery. CR2032 is a very common type and they’re not particularlly expensive, this product comes loaded with one in each light and a spare for each, but I expect that I’ll end up using this product as a backup light only because they’re not rechargeable. I didn’t expect them to work like my white headlight did, but when I attached two greens facing forward from my handlebar it did illuminate the road in front of me significantly enough that I could see potholes and oncoming traffic would be able to see me. But the way they attach, either using the clip or included velcro bands, doesn’t provide secure fastening and they easily will slip and start pointing down.A small frustration is that its not obvious which side of them is the grey button to turn on! Both sides look identical but only one side has a button. Hopefully in time this won’t be an issue because my supreme hope is that I can use the red ones on the end of my handlebars as makeshift turning signal blinkers! That will work only if I can very easily tap the button to get them to start flashing, and just as easily turn them off. They’re not meant for that so I can’t hold it against them if that doesn’t work out, but I think it could.Where these shine is that they’re extremely lightweight, slim, and you can attach them to pretty much anything given they’ve got the built in clips and the included velcro straps. Maybe I’ll end up attaching these to the top of my shirt or sleeves or helmet for added visibility so that cars definitely can see me, even if I get stronger , rechargeable lights to do the role of my old ones I mentioned in the beginning of this review. I should also say that for the role of the solid red light (mimicking a car’s taillight) attached just under the seat, to the seatpost, this really did work just as well as my old favorite. I used two of them, one solid red, the other flashing red, for increased visibility.

GO FOR IT! EASY TO USE – perfect for a full moon kayak paddle, dog walking or just for fun!
I chose the four different color pack – blue, green, pink and red. I’ve used these type of lights when walking the dog and even attached some to a kayak for a full moon paddle. The package comes with lights already with installed button battery and all four worked.On/off, solid light and two flashing settings are all controlled by the push of the same button. Definitely bright enough to be seen in dark.Extra batteries and two tiny screw drivers to replace them by unscrewing the 4 tiny screws on the back is a plus. The Velcro’s straps, which could attach to about an 1 1/2 inch diameter pipe/pole also make it easy to attach them when you can’t use the clip. As to the clip, the end has 4 “fitted teeth” to grip your clothing or dog leash/collar tighter. What I wouldn’t do is pull back on the clip hard or it might break. It does open up about an inch at its highest point. Plastic seems solid.Size is perfect for attaching to clothing, dog, bike or anything you want to jazz up with a light effect. The little cardboard box they come in is perfect to store them and easily fits in a backpack. These also are tiny enough to carry in your pocket.Haven’t tested their waterproof claim, but it doesn’t look like water could seep in them, even at the screws.While some mentioned they should be rechargeable, I have to agree only to some extent. At least with these you can easily replace the batteries. I have used rechargeable items and eventually they loose charge ability and the whole unit needs to be thrown out. With these I see them lasting longer. And if rechargeable that means you would need charge cables and plug in. So if you were out boondock camping then recharging may not be a viable option, so there the batteries are better.The only CONS I see right now is whether continue force on the clip would cause it to snap or detach after repeated use. I’ll have to update on that after more use, long the battery really lasts and if changing will I loose any of the tiny screws?(Ad showed orange color, but didn’t see that as buy option)GO FOR IT! Kids will love the flashing lights on their bike, helmet, toys, etc and for me and my kayak it might mean more sunset paddles and as daylight gets less and less, the dog will be sporting some flashy colors.

Great Visibility and Versatile, but Battery Swap is a Pain
These lights are way more useful than I expected. They’re compact but super bright, and the three light modes (solid, blink, strobe) make it easy to adjust for different situations—whether I’m walking the dog, pushing the stroller, or just jogging. The clip-on design is simple and reliable. It grabs onto jackets, bags, and dog collars without slipping off.They’re extremely easy to use—one button cycles through modes, and the lights feel solid despite their size. I’ve dropped one on pavement and used another in light rain, and they kept working like nothing happened. The weather resistance and general build quality are better than I assumed for the price.The only thing holding these back from 5 stars is the battery situation. They include extras and a tiny screwdriver, which is thoughtful, but having to manually replace coin batteries feels outdated. Rechargeable would’ve made this perfect.Still, for a 4-pack, this is a practical, durable little set I keep in the glovebox and diaper bag now. Great for peace of mind when you’re out after dark.
