Bright and functional, but now has an orange charge
This is the 2nd light we’ve purchased in the last 3 years. Always get a ton of compliments from other dog walkers. It’s bright and makes to easy to spot your dog, and the light also lights up the ground in front of the dog to see what he’s about to walk in. Only complaint is that the backing falls off so easily despite us being careful about snapping it on. Also, this light only lasted 8 months before it’s not working. Now there is a strange orange indicator light when plugged in and the light won’t turn on anymore unless it’s plugged in. The indicator light is usually red when it is not charged, and green when it is charged. This is the first time seeing the strange orange light. And in the past when our first flight stopped working, it wouldn’t charge and it wouldn’t light up at all whether or not it was plugged in. Need a new one, but disappointed it won’t be available for another 1.5 months. Overall, highly recommend.

Excellent LED Carabiner!
This is a great little light. It is surprisingly as large as the palm of my hand, which allows for effortless handling. Features include a rechargeable battery that reaches full capacity after just 90 minutes of charging, a “disco” mode that constantly cycles through various colors, and a selectable fixed color mode for constant illumination in one of four available colors – red, green, blue, white. One tactile button on the backside cycles through all the modes, making it easy to understand and operate. Finally, there’s a small tab on the rear cover for easy removal to access the micro-USB port for quick charging. No micro-USB cable or charging adapter is included.Upon delivery, I promptly plugged the LED carabiner into the wall to charge. It lights up red while it’s charging and green when it’s done. When it was done, I promptly clipped it onto greyhound’s collar for an evening walk and it’s perfect! It’s relatively large with ample light for enhanced low light visibility and I would definitely recommend it. It’s excellent for walking your dog!

I purchased the XL and the size is appropriate for my 50lb retriever. This helps her be seen by others when walking at night. I clip it to the front of the harness and it doubles as a light for her to see the ground ahead of her. I had to use a key ring so it would point forward, otherwise if I just clipped it to the harness it points sideways.It’s bright, but wish there was light on both sides. It only shines in the front, the back is just light from the front bleeding through.The build quality is fantastic. It’s feels well made, and not flimsy at all and closes securely. I read others complain about how hard it is to open, but that wasn’t the case for me. I didn’t need any item to help pry it open. There’s even a tab to help you open it.I think this is a great item and alternative if you don’t want a light collar.

Use red for bug repellent
We’re on our third or fourth led clip. We keep buying these only because we keep misplacing them. 10/10 would recommend.They do the job for our 70lb Doberman. Bright enough to see her 100yds away, the battery life is as expected, rechargeable, and it holds up to wear and tear.Fun fact: Insects can’t see the color red on the visible light spectrum. So if you are using this in bug-heavy seasons and getting eaten alive or see your pup getting accosted by flying pests, flip it to red. It’s incredible. We were running blue because it looked cool, but it was a nightmare with mosquitos for her and us by proximity. Did some research, found this out, flipped to red for our next night walk, zero bugs. Anything but red is a beacon for bugs! You have been warned!

Was great for a month, then died
It was great when it worked. It was a nice light that lasted all night. It’s super bright. One time when I tried to recharge it I noticed it would only go to a orange light instead of red well it’s charging, and then green when it’s fully charged. I’m guessing the battery inside is not working anymore. It’s only about a month and a half old, it’s been sitting trying to charge for about a week now.I really liked the light and would have continued to use it if it worked. I kind of want to buy another, but I’m not sure if the others will die also.It says it’s backed by 100% guarantee, but I can’t find anywhere to claim that. When you click on the Amazon link to get support, it says support is not available for this product. Hopefully a low star review will get the sellers attention because it’s too late to return it normally now.

Seems to work great so far
We already had this brand of light that uses batteries, because we’ve been buy LOTS of batteries for those lights, I thought I’d try this rechargeable one. I have two 50 pound dogs, one an American Staffordshire Terrier and the other a Labrador Retriever mix, so this bigger light looks appropriate on them. It’s a good thing it came charged because the one issue I have is getting the cover off to access the USB port for charging. I had to use a screwdriver to pry the cover off, hopefully it will become easier over time.The charge lasted a long time. We walk our dogs three times a day (mid-morning, early evening, and before bedtime), about a half hour each time, and with the short days a lot of those walks have been after dark. The charge that was on it when it showed up lasted about 12 days, so it’s definitely saving money over the batteries. It’s quite bright. As you can see from the photos, we put the lights on the back of their harnesses, which makes them show up better. However, if it’s fully dark, I have to switch the new light from “Disco” mode to red-only because it’s TOO BRIGHT when I’m walking behind the dog!I expect that we’ll be replacing the old battery-powered light with one of these real soon now.

Works great. Purchased as I have a black dog that is very hard to see while walking at night time. This light is very bright and larger than expected which I was pleased with as I have a larger dog so is a great size to attach to his harness.

Love this thing. I’ve had it over a year now and its a little work horse. I use it on most evening walks and the solid metal clip is easy to snap on and off when needed. I love the 4 colour cycle as he is easy to spot even in a park full of other dogs with lights on.If you have a smaller dog this might not be the one for you as its quite large/heavy but its super durable and love that it recharges. The charge seems to last for a pretty long time too.

The light is nice and bright, charge lasts a long time. We have a large yard and it’s easy to find our pup at night. Also great for evening walks, I feel safer knowing it makes us more visible to drivers. It can be a bit of a challenge to get it off his collar, but he hasn’t lost it.
