Exceptional Quality and Performance
Unexpected Quality and Performance! I’ve purchased countless “stick vacs” that promise to perform…..they never do. Poor suction, take far too long to charge, then won’t hold one. This vacuum surprised me with its powerful suction and ease of operation. Just takes a couple hours to charge, then hold it long enough to vacuum several rooms. Also, it is easy to empty. A well made product that I would purchase again.

Amazing Vacuum, battery could last a little longer though
I love that this is cordless, lightweight, and works very well. The accessories are easy to change out. My only complaint is that the battery lasts only about 30 minutes when you run it on high. However, when running it on high, it picks up light, dusty footprints from my hardwood floors, so it doesn’t bother me too much. The battery run time is just about perfect for getting my living room, dining room, and kitchen floors done in one charge. The battery charges pretty quickly, so after it charges I’m able to get my other three rooms done. It’s easy to switch from carpet to hard floors with just the slide of a switch. I’ve had it for about a month and have only had to empty the canister twice. I don’t have it memorized yet on how to empty the canister, but there are instructions on the vacuum itself, so it’s not a big deal. It also does a good job of picking up hair, whether it’s my fine, thin hair, my son’s curly hair, or the leftover pet hair from my home’s previous owner’s four little dogs.

Get to know your vacuum
I say get to know your vacuum because the instructions are not very clear on things. I read so many reviews, watched all the videos, and was impressed and decided to buy it. I needed something light so I can daily clean up dog hair, from my 3 loving pups. I’m recovering from a shoulder replacement surgery, and, sweeping isn’t always easy, plus the hair just flys away. When I read everything, and used first time, well I have to say I wasn’t too impressed. Yes, it picked up the dog hair, but not the crumbs from dog treats. But I figured, well at least it’s getting the dog hair daily. And 1 time a week using my main Shark vacuum, get great vacuuming done. After a couple days, I noticed a red light…. So after checking, I found that the brush wasn’t moving because vacuum had pulled a piece of Berber carpet from bedroom and was wrapped up.I cleared it out . And started vacuuming….going from floor to carpet, making sure I made switch on handle….. I was amazed… On the throw rugs, vacuum would suck it up, and red light came on. I turned vacuum off, back on and continued…. This cordless vacuum was picking up everything…. Hair, crumbs….even crumbs close to baseboard. The dog hair stuck to bottom of bar chair felt tips. I was was amazed… I just had to get to know my vacuum better. So every day, I do a quick and easy dog hair vacuum. And once a week a really good vacuum with my stronger corded vacuum. I haven’t tried taking it apart to use without handle because I don’t have the strength in my left shoulder yet to pull apart. This Shark is well made. And it’s not loud, which is great, because it doesn’t scare my 13 year old pup. She just lays there and watches me vacuum. I have always bought a Shark vacuum when it was time to buy an upgrade. My husband wasn’t thrilled about a cordless vacuum, but I figured….heck, I’m the one cleaning the house, and bought it. I am VERY HAPPY with my new cordless “Sharky”. They could give more information on it, such as the “red light”…. But, I figured it out, and got to know my vacuum. Now I don’t have to fight with a broom, flying dog hair, than trying to sweep onto a dust pan. I’m very happy, and highly recommend this vacuum. Especially if you are recovering from surgery. It is so light weight, at first I thought it would be useless. I was wrong.

Super duper dog hair scooper!
This vacuum does a super job picking up dog hair and I have a LOT of dog hair (2 bit long haired dogs). I vacuum daily. The canister is large. The battery lasts long enough for me to vacuum all downstairs surfaces. The attachments are easy to use. On the down side, the instructions that come with the vacuum are not clear. I couldn’t figure out where to recharge the battery. The website on the instruction sheet was wrong. But–Amazon’s customer help to the rescue. Super customer service from Shark. Now my great new vacuum is registered, works great and I know that there is always help available if needed.

Although powerful, it only runs for around 15 minutes, if you are lucky and, I thought it would run on power as well like a mobile phone but, it does not.It is a waste of money.

Purchased this vacuum but was really disappointed. Suction is below average but what I most did not like how heavy it is. After 3 minutes of vacuuming it is hard to continue. So that is why I returned it.

Es buena opción para aspirar algo que se te haya caído al piso, pero no la recomiendo para hacer una limpieza más a fondo. No tiene mucha potencia y debes de utilizarla por espacios para que no forzarla
