Great for two cats, no issues at all!
I have been using this for four months now and I love it!I have two cats, one of who really enjoys waking us up at 4am for breakfast and is the reason for this purchase. We set ours to go off twice a day, once at 4am and once at 10:30pm, both as “snacks” on the lowest portion setting to satisfy the hunger to hold them over until breakfast at 7am. It works perfectly, is easy to set up and also has a voice recording option so you can say a little message as the food is dispensing.My second cat (that is NOT the reason why we bought this) is a little weary of the voice message but it doesnt get in the way of her using it. You can remove the voice but I have yet to do so.It holds a great amount of food, I can go a couple weeks without refilling since I do use the smallest portion only twice a day.Cleaning it has been easy so far, the metal bowls are removable and the bowl holder detaches for easy cleaning. Everything else is a pretty easy clean for a decent wipe down.My only critique is I wish the bowls were slightly wider and more shallow to help prevent whisker fatigue, but since we are not using this as their main food bowls and only for “snacks” it has not caused any issues.

This automatic feeder has been impressive!
This has been a great, useful product so far! We’ve been using it to feed 2 of my dogs, and it’s been working quite well.We had previously used a different model from a different seller that worked alright, but sometimes would jam. I was unsure if bigger pieces of dog food kibble would easily be dispensed with this product since it seems to be advertised as being mainly for cats, but I haven’t had any jamming at all and my dogs have easily been able to eat from the bowls! It’s pretty easy to set up and I’ve been impressed by how sturdy/durable it is. Unfortunately, we had some flooding in our basement where we store this automatic feeder when it’s not in use. The plug, thankfully, was raised off the floor, so it wasn’t affected, but the water had seeped into the compartment where the batteries were and it caused a loud, steady beeping noise to happen. We removed the batteries, dried out the compartment, and waited several hours before trying to put the batteries back in. After that, the product still worked just fine as if it had never even gotten wet! Impressive!It’s also been through multiple power outages and has not lost the programmed time. I’m liking this feeder; I would recommend this product!

I love the portion control and manual option to feed
This automatic feeder arrived as expected. It worked well manually, but the automatic setting never did. We used it for a while, and were satisfied. We recently stopped using it only because it created a pavlovian effect in our cats and they ended up knocking it over and putting their paws into the dispenser to turn the wheel and release extra food.This is a great device, it just didn’t work for our animals because of their food behaviors.

Awesome dual cat feeder!!
Awesome dual cat feeder! Super easy to set up and to clean. The app is so easy to understand, and I love how you can set up how many servings and when the food is dispensed. I never have to feel worried that my cat son isn’t getting his food. It holds a lot of food, and the stainless steel bowls are removable too for timeless cleaning. So far I haven’t ran into any issues – and that’s a great plus! I would recommend! 🙂

Liked product but defective within months
I purchased this product in July and all worked fine until September, when I realized time setting had decreased by 10 minutes. This wasn’t a huge deal, I just reset it.In October, the issue happened again and then the light, showing time, feeding times, etc went out. now I have no way to change anything and it’s past the 30 day return window.The product still dispenses food properly and I was happy with. Trying to get replacement but not much luck.

Fantastic automatic cat feeder. Easy to setup and control from your phone. You can create a specific meal plan to manage when and how much they get fed. Very convenient and my cats love it!

Ive had this for some months now and it works so well. It has made life sooooooo much easier. Now I can stay in bed for the 6am feeding. It is easy to clean and I have had no issues with it. One thing to note is it does not alert you when the food is getting low. But don’t worry… because if your cats are like mine they will let you know that no food came out. Haha! It will say they’ve been fed if it is empty though. So make sure to top it off. It is low profile and built well. I have the black one and it fits nicely against the wall and the top seals to keep the food fresh. You do have to purchase dessicant for the lid separately.

I’ve got two cats who act like they’re starving the minute the sun rises, and now they don’t need to wake me up anymore—hallelujah! The split design works surprisingly well; both bowls get an even amount of food, and no one’s fighting over portions. I was worried one cat would hog both sides, but the timing and portion control has helped keep things fair (and my cats slightly less dramatic). Setup was super simple, and I love that it has a backup battery in case the power goes out. I can finally sleep in on weekends without a paw to the face. Worth every cent!

It’s good and does the job, however, it has couple of annoying things:1- It’s very annoying to set the time, especially if you want to enter a big number of minutes (like 06:30), because you will have to press the button 1 time for each minute…you can’t just long press it, or go backswords from 0 to 59, so if you want to enter 55 minutes, you will have to press it 55 times.2- What makes the 1st point even worse is the fact that the clock is not precise, it gets off few minutes with time. Lets say you set the time today, in a week or so it will become a couple of minutes ahead of the actual time, so it would be like 12:03 when it’s 12:00, so you will need to correct it manually every now and then when the gap becomes a bit big.

Broke after 1 month. The timer got stuck at the same time and the clock wasn’t able to move so therefore no feeding possible. Useless now can’t use. And stopped working exactly 2 days after the return policy so really annoying and a waste of money. Tried everything (charging/restarting/reset/change batteries etc) nothing works
