Zoop Works!
This stuff works like a charm! My dog is a messy guy. From stepping in mud, to stepping in his own ick – he will find a way to make the house a mess. Zoop works right away to get the stains out without super harsh chemicals. This honestly gives me such peace of mind knowing its gentle for my dog and gentle on my fabrics. It also smells GREAT! ITs not overpowering and doesn’t smell like a chemically cleaner, but rather a nice light fresh scent. I sometimes just spray a light amount on my couch and carpet to give them a little touch up and make my house smell less like dirty dog. We love Zoop and cant wait to try their other products!

Works Pretty great
I ordered it yesterday and it came today. When the tracking info showed it would be arriving tomorrow, so the shipping was pretty fast. My dog peed on a carpet and nothing I had would clean it, I searched for odor and stain removers and saw this one and decided to give it a try, Did not regret that at all. the product worked amazingly, I followed the instructions and sprayed the area my dog had peed on and let it sit for 20-30 mins, and wiped it, and both the stain and odor were gone and left a nice citrus smell as well.It great product would recommend it to anyone looking to get rid or odors and stains caused by pets

Well… it does reduce smell
While I had the highest expectations after reading reviews, our experience fell short. The household of eight cats is an odor challenge (nightmare). Although we offer the use of six litter boxes in multiple locations, one elderly cat seems to pee where ever it chooses. This treatment works but comes with a fragrance that when sprayed in abundance we found a bit cloying. This fragrance might not be disagreeable to others, but it does linger for days. When sprayed in abundance, the fragrance interferes with tracking down all the urine spots. Waiting a few hours then machine washing leaves the fabric free of urine smell and fragrance. Bottomline, the product seems to works removing urine. The spray bottle works. Right now I am leaning back toward odorless, industrial, bioenzymatic cleaning products next time.

Amazing product!
This is a miracle in a bottle. It’s difficult to monitor a puppy every second. They tinkle so quickly that I missed some stains. It truly saved my sanity.It even removes old urine stains. Plus works on stubborn human stains: spills, spots on clothes, collars on men’s shirts.

Will review when dry. Edit: WORKS WONDERS!! After drying for several days, SMELL IS GONE!!!! After a few days the smell came back. Not permanently gone

Easy to use and smells great!
I’ve used other pet odor removers in the past to varying degrees of success, but none that ever wowed me enough to run out and purchase again if I needed it. This Zoop spray was honestly an instant win in my book when it smelled so great right out of the bottle. It isn’t a scent that stays (I used mine on our fabric couch) but it lingers while it’s drying and it’s a small plus, but I still appreciate it!I did have to reapply the spray a few times, but I don’t smell any residual pet odor now! This is now my go to product if I ever need it in the future!

My favorite pet cleaner also stain remover for clothes!
This product works! I soak the area and let it sit a bit and then spray again and soak it up with a towel. He hasn’t been going back to the spot but every so often he’ll have a poo accident. Let me tell you once I scoop it up with a baby wipe or whatever and spray it down….there’s no stain whatsoever. When that is all done…I usually take Lysol spray and sanitize the are. I’ve also used this for other things such as a stain remover on clothes! It’s a great product and last a while for us. Thank you!!

This did not work at all
We had some cat urine that was on carpet outside of our cat litter room. We applied and reapplied 3 times. It smells like it covers it up with its febrez smell, but ultimately does not. Also, it does nothing to remove stains.We ended up using this entire bottle and the cat urine smell is still is not gone. It’s exactly how it was before. I really don’t think the other reviews were cleaning up cat urine or we received a bad product.Would not recommend to anyone.
