This keeps my dog so busy. It’s perfect for when we’re eating meals. We cut the flaps a bit to fit the size treats we like.

I have s six lb, one year old Chocolate Yorkie who loves to chase and retrieve. He often throws things up in the air to entertain himself. This ball is petfect for that. He has played with it for hours, grabd it by the opening and bounces it around. He also brings it to us and it bounces high despite being quite rugged.It was easy to drop in treats- the opening is made of four flaps that fold inward easily. I don’t know if we need to really stuff it full or what we are doing wrong-there were no instructions-but I thought a few treats rolling around loosely would come out easily during play. This has not happened lol so it is a high value motivator but thankfully has not made him frustrated—yet.I think i will cut down a couple of the flaps to make the opening wider so treats roll out easily.Overall I am pleased with it but do wish I hadn’t paid $9 while I need to fix it. But as long as he’s happy with it….

Highly recommended for aggressive chewers, chasers, fetchers
I ordered this treat ball for my Shepherd/Husky mix who enjoys playing fetch, enjoys chewing on things, and enjoys treats. I put her favorite chicken jerky bits inside the ball and she has been chewing the ball and playing with it almost non stop for days. The material that the ball is made of is VERY durable and stands up to aggressive, extended duration of chewing. I didn’t need to cut the flaps on the ball at all because I was able to break up the treat pieces small enough that they made her work at it to get them out, but not so difficult that she would get discouraged. The ball is a good size for a medium-large dog, and also bouncy and great for throwing, chasing, fetching. Highly recommended.

…if you want to frustrate your dog and yourself! How any treat is supposed to exit this ball I have no idea. I tried cutting the flaps but of course I had to do it little by little so as to not make the hole too big. After repeated attempts at designing my own custom do-it-yourself treat ball my dog became so dejected at not being able to get the treat that she started destroying things in protest. So yeah, buy this if you are a sadist/masochist and enjoy inflicting pain through online purchases

Sort of more of a teasing toy … My dog has been unable to get the treats out
My dog loves this ball, but he does get tired of it, primarily because the treats do not come out of the ball, as described or hoped. The balls are made of thick rubber material that is very durable/strong, and I think that’s part of the problem. I have a larger miniature schnauzer, and he cannot press or manipulate the ball in such a way as to get even a single treat out. So, I’d have to give functionality low marks. The size is great for my boy, and he does enjoy playing with it until he just gives up. Because there are treats inside the ball, our dog does choose to play with this one a lot, always hopeful, I think, that this time will be the time he gets a treat out. So, it is fun for him up to a point. I’d buy it again, but only knowing that it’s never going to dispense the treats unless I empty it for him.
