Great for Smart Dogs!
This enrichment toy for dogs is great for smart dogs. My Pomsky is very smart and loves toys that make her work for it. This tpy is great because I can fill it with hard treats or peanut butter and she will have a goo time playing with it. My only complaint is that the plastic is very hard and not super bite friendly. I wish the outside were a bit softer for my girl to gnaw on but the toy does serve for long play times.

Great to keep my dog occupied
My dog really loves this. I put dog treats in it and it keeps him busy for awhile. I haven’t had the chance to put anything in the frozen cup yet, but I’m sure he will love that as well. At first I thought it might be a little big for him, until he jumped up on the couch with it in his mouth. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend if you need a treat dispenser for treats or frozen treats.

Very hard plastic, a little brittle, not good for a very aggressive chewer.
Very hard plastic, but brittle, my dog broke the opening without much effort, but he is a very aggressive chewer.Size is good, and the insert are perfect for putting peanut butter in. Easy to clean and take apart.

My dog’s and my favorite lick toy
I have a very anxious, lick obsessed pit bull. She will lick her feet til they are raw, licked holes in our drywall, licked her bed so much it was constantly soaked. Because of her obsession, I keep a rotation of “lick toys”. This is the only one I’m buying a second of. It’s my favorite and my dog’s.Things I love about it: the cups have a large capacity which keeps her entertained longer. Each cup lasts about 30 mins if its frozen. The extra cup allows me to give her more time. Lids keep things from getting messy in the freezer. The insert with a hole allows the toy to be used as a slow feeder too. It’s easy to open, clean, and refill. My kids can even use this one. It’s also durable to be chewed on, though I take it away as soon as she’s done lickingThe only thing I didn’t like: all the unnecessary plastic packaging. It’s well packaged in the cardboard box so the plastic is unnecessary and wastefulIdeas for fillers: frozen broth (no sodium), yogurt, pumpkin, canned food, peanut butter. Basically any puree/paste will work. It lasts longer if you freeze the fillerYes, my dog is under the care of my vet and a professional trainer. She has a lot of trauma from abuse as a puppy. She’s come a long way, but still licks as a self soothing behavior

Interesting design
There’s a lot to like about this toy if you have a large dog. It holds a decent amount of food– around a quarter cup. It is made of a hard, plastic like material, similar to a popular chew toy, that has coffee wood listed as a component. It has a removable insert to allow it to act a treat dispenser, or small pot inserts for licking based enrichment like peanut butter or wet food (you can freeze for periods of longer activity). The food placement cavity is large and open for easy cleaning. In terms of durability, only time will tell. I do not leave this out after the treat is gone. Any power chewer would keep going and it wouldn’t last. The insertable pieces are thinner, regular hard plastic and would break very easily.

My doggo loves his walnut!
My pittie loves it! I’d think this is too heavy for most dogs, and hard as a rock! But he’s been carrying it around all day. All the kibble spilled out pretty quickly because the hole is awfully big. I’m going to need to think of something else to put in there besides his regular dog food. His kibble is fairly small for a larger dog though so maybe the bigger kibbles stay in a little better. I was originally a little worried it may be too small and possibly be a choking hazard (according to the measurements) but as big as his mouth is, he still can’t get it all in there. I’m attaching a picture of him walking around with it. It has a quite few scratches on it but he hasn’t done any real damage to it yet and I really don’t think he will. I want to add that he has another food/treat dispensing toy that’s more rubbery and it’s already super hard to open and close. This one is a breeze to open and close! The screw tracks match up and tighten perfectly, so that’s a bonus! (If you’ve struggled with these rubbery ones not lining up or staying on track, you know what I mean!)I didn’t even know what this was supposed to be when I ordered it but it’s the cutest walnut! It’s keeping him occupied so if he likes it, I like it! It comes with two little dishwasher-safe cups to put frozen treats in, too. I don’t have the ingredients to make any pet-friendly frozen treats right now but I’m looking forward to seeing how he reacts to frozen pumpkin yogurt soon! It’s great that there are two cups so I can make a batch and have one waiting in the freezer for next time.Pupdate: Those little Charlee Bear 3-calorie snacks fit and work perfectly with this!Pupdate #2: I mixed equal parts plain Greek yogurt and pumpkin purée with a cored apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon into the food processor and froze it in the little cups. He’s a fan!

Great way to keep my pup entertained!
This is a win with our pups! They especially like the pup cups when I’ve freeze greek yogurt in them before slipping a cup inside the toy. It’s a great way to keep them entertained and engaged for awhile. We don’t really use it as a treat dispenser since the hole is a bit big for dispensing only a couple of treats at a time. First time we tried, the treats were all dispensed in the first tipover. Not necessary the worst thing, but it definitely doesn’t work as a means of keeping them busy beyond the initial tip over.I’ve put all of the parts through the dishwasher (top shelf) several times and have not had any problems with the toy warping. It’s a solid construction and I appreciate that it screws together well and stays together. We’re really happy with it’s functionality and having it in our arsenal of toys for the dogs!
