Very glad we bought this.
We have had this fountain for a few months now and use it daily. We LOVE it!! It comes in one piece so you don’t have to assemble it. The lights are lovely. It’s on our deck, surrounded by plants and shaded with a large tree. Our deck has become a grotto. :). Ok..so those are the pros. Now for the cons: The instructions for setting up the motor are useless. I think I got a part that didn’t belong to this particular fountain which was pretty confusing. After about 20 minutes I discarded the instruction and just did what seemed to be logical and it worked fine. The instruction say not to go over the “fill line” but there is no “fill line”. We have to add water about every other day which isn’t difficult. You just pour some into the bottom pool. Overall, we absolutely love our fountain and would recommend it to anyone.

Water fountain
Have used it all summer and the fountain itself works very well. The only complaint is the led lighting is very bright, almost blinding. I covered them with 3 layers of green cellophane to dim the lighting.

Unable to exchange
Well the water fountain is beautiful and works wonderfully we had two to three weeks of pouring rain in Ohio and I was unable to even place the fountain outside it’s been out a couple weeks and I seem to have to fill it up every day I’m realizing that somewhere underneath there is either a thin area in the membrane a crack something I can’t find and it’s leaking and I’m unable to use it daily because was trying to return it there is a 30-day window I haven’t even enjoyed 2 weeks let alone 30 days but now I’m unable to return this product for the cost that’s great but because it sits somewhere rotating water a 30-day refund or exchange is unfair

Beautiful fountain, GREAT customer service
It has been well over a year since we bought this fountain for our front garden. We usually don’t write many reviews, but in this case it is definitely warranted. The fountain itself is quite nice and looks great in our garden. While it does require filling of water every few days, due to evaporation, it is worth the effort. On a couple of occasions, neighbors have knocked at our door later in the evening to let us know we forgot to fill it and it stopped running. Many stop to see it every evening on their nightly walks and say it gives them a few minutes of relaxation and serenity at the end of each day, so they make sure we always keep it filled and running. We did have a small problem at first with just a couple of very small leaks. However, that was easily fixed with some spray waterproof leak sealant. The main reason we are reviewing it at this time is due to their customer service. Just a couple of months after the warrant expired, several of the LED lights died. We searched Amazon and the ‘Net for replacement lights and coyuld not find any that were actual matches that would fir perfectly into this fountain. And, even though they were somewhat equivalent, the price for just 2 lights ran at least $50 and we needed at least 4. So, out of desperation, we contacted the manufacturer, Sunjet, and were told they do not have the lights available for sale sale separately. However, they said if we bought a new transformer (for a mere $20), they would be able to include a complete set of 6 new LED lights specifically for this fountain. That was a bargain and we took them up on their offer and oredered immediately. Much to our surprise, the new transformer and lights arrived in just a few days. We were then baffled as how exactly to remove and install the new lights. We wrote them again and they went well out of their way to immediately send us detailed instructions, including many instructional photos to assist us. With all that in hand, the actual partial draining of the fountain, removing the old lights and installing the new lights took a mere 20-30 minuts and we now have our beautiful fountain running perfectly as new. Thier customer service was exemplary and, despite being past warranty, they stood behind their product and took care of us. This is definitely a company you can trust to stand behind thier products and find a way to take care of you, even past the warranty period. And, to emphasize again, this is a beautiful fountain. Our tahnks go out to Sunjet for all their assistance.

Super contente de mon achat elle est magnifique, très relaxante le bruit de l’eau ressemble vraiment à une rivière qui coule tous doucement, moi je l’ai installé dans ma véranda et elle n’éclabousse pas, avec ses lumières intégrées le soir elle est de toute beauté.

Very nice fountain! Good size pump! Comes with everything thing u need! Sturdy and not cheaply built..recommend highly!
