Good toothpaste
This is good toothpaste. It works very well for my teeth. I have seen a slight increase in the whiteness of my teeth over prolonged use. Overall, the flavor is good, the texture is perfect. And it seems to help my teeth with the sensitivity to extreme hot and cold. Overall highly recommend this.

The Best Toothpaste there is
Literally the only toothpaste I will use. One of those products where you truly do get what you pay for, and this has been worth every extra penny since I switched to it about 7-8 years ago. Before moving to Pronamel, I was using Crest 3D White, which definitely worked to make my teeth whiter, except it was at the expense of actually stripping away enamel after multiple years of consistent use. This manifested itself as a couple of extremely cold-sensitive spots on my front teeth (not due to cavities).After some research into the enamel damage that whitening toothpastes can potentially cause, it seemed like a clear consensus that Pronamel actually helped to protect and restore enamel, while still offering some mild whitening benefits (as compared to a standard toothpaste). I gave it a try and literally within 3-4 months, my cold-sensitive spots were completely gone without any treatment from a dentist. I usually don’t buy into marketing hype or products backed by a bevy of “paid professionals”; in this case, however, Sensodyne Pronamel is the real deal, and I will never use anything else.

I have extremely sensitive teeth and this toothpaste is a savior when I brush at night. It helps tremendously with the sensitive and if you use it, make sure you don’t finish and give it time to penetrate in your enamel.

if you have sensitive teeth, I would say yes it does help, I can’t say much about how effective it is with whitening my teeth, I have been using this toothpaste for a few years now, get it thru amazon subscription, and mostly only use for help with the sensitivity. It does have a good taste, and your mouth feels refresh. The toothpaste in general is of good quality. The bottles are made of semi-hard plastic, so does makes a bit difficult to squeeze those 3-5 last usage, so I recommend getting one of those toothpaste squeezer things to help get that last squeezes out. The teeth does feel and taste clean, fairly straight forward to use. Far as value for the money, that is questionable, I noticed a very spike on the price, it was really worth for me a few years back, now is getting a bit too steep.

Really Works!
My dentist recommended this Sensodyne toothpaste and after using the first tube, I can say that it has definitely helped with my sensitivity to cold and hot food or drinks.It also has a nice minty flavor and leaves you with some good breath.The paste isn’t too thick or too thin, andthe tube design make it easy to apply to your toothbrush, while getting all the paste out of the tube.At about $5 each in this 4 pack, it isn’t the cheapest toothpaste out there, but it is a specialty product that really works, so I recommend it, if you have sensitivity issues.

Great Price for the 3 pack
If you use Sensodyne you know this is the upper priced tooth paste. I find that the 3 pack is great for price and I always have on hand. My breath is always fresh and the product size is comparable to those in the store. I packed it in my suitcase with no problems with my checked baggage. The product quality is the same as the store. I brush my teeth many times a day so I use more than the average person. This is also not a travel size for carry on keep that in mind if traveling.
