When I tell you I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars trying to find a toy to occupy my American Staffordshire Terriers’ time….these are the solution!! However, only use these if your dogs have strong teeth- no baby teeth!!My youngest staffie is just over a year old. She can destroy even the toughest Kongs or rubber toys within a matter of hours. She loves getting the toy into her back molars and then it’s game on. I tried the donut shaped toys to give us a bit more time, but she doesn’t enjoy those, and leaves them alone and focuses on destroying other things…My staffies chewed on these for HOURS. It gave me and my finace a good break! Even when all the filling is gone, they still argue about who gets to chew on the bones themselves. I fill them with peanut butter now and they love it.Bonus point- when they are chewing on one of them and there is no filling, and one of them burbs, it sounds like a trumpet. Made me and my fiance laugh!

Great bone to restuff!
This is a VERY hard bone, your dog will not be able to eat it. It is more similar to a kong, where your dog can eat the peanut butter inside and then you refill it. Kept my dog busy, he loved the peanut butter inside.

My dog asked me to tell you that this is her favorite. She spends many happy hours gnawing on this treat. It does not seem to chip off or make any shards. I wish I knew the secret of the peanut butter filling so that I could refill them. They are not messy and I have even started to allow her to bring them on the carpet.

Why is the stuffing that consistency???
My Dane lost her bone that I used to fill with 100% peanut butter which I then froze. I ordered these thinking after she got the peanut butter out I could refill them as normal. She licked some of the stuffing, but then quit. She never does this with real PB. I used a knife to get out the substance. The consistency of that stuff was worse than play dough. I cleaned it out and am now using them to put my own PB in. Still just wonder what that stuff was.

Great for Powerful Chewers
This is a super strong natural bone that you won’t have to worry about your dog splitting or breaking. My powerful Breed dog loves these. He’s allergic to meat and goes bonkers for peanut butter. The bone lasts much longer than the peanut butter obviously but he still chews it once the filling is gone and occasionally I refill it with more.
