excellent choice the grandkids loved….very colorful and engaged their bright minds for some time!
Exceptional puzzles for two steps up from big floor puzzles and easy puzzles, to this which does take some thinking to figure out where these more oddly shaped pieces go for the Outer Space puzzle. Our 7 and 9 year old grandkids were up to the challenge and did them mostly themselves but grandma stayed handy to help as needed. The USA puzzle has a picture of each state the same shape as each puzzle piece. And the Countries puzzle as well, but there were a LOT of pieces to both of those so they also were engaging and enough of a challenge for the kids to do on their own. The 9 yr old is autistic and this has been his first year for staying engaged with anything other than trains as trains have taken the central focus of his life up till now and still has a strong hold on his attentions. (Actually, I wish we could find an affordable train puzzle of this caliber!)

My kids love these puzzles! I highly recommend for anyone who’s kids love doing puzzles. The states give the capital of each state which is an added bonus to teach! The puzzles are actual wood instead of pressed cardboard labeled as “wood”. Great quality.

Great educational puzzle definitely recommend. Great quality. Comes with bag. Only drawback is you really can’t carry the bag. The pieces will fall out of place. But overall it’s great quality time for parents and kids.

I was worried when I read some other reviews that said the puzzle pieces do not fit in very well, but I took the chance and bought it for my kids. And I’m glad I did! They all fit perfectly and they even designed it with spaces to put your finger in to get the pieces out, which I think is very thoughtful. The pieces are thick and sturdy, so I can let my 1yo play with it without worrying she will bend or break the pieces, and I expect it to last for years. The edges are also smooth so I’m not worried about my kids getting splinters. As for the picture, I love that the base and the pieces have different but matching info that is great for learning. For example: the US map one has the capital cities in the base and state names in the pieces; the world map show the region’s animals on the base and landmarks on the pieces; the solar system shows facts about the planets on the base and the planet names on the pieces. The puzzle also comes with a bag to keep it all nice and tidy. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase!
