This chew toy is very durable. It’s a high intelligent toy that stimulates my mini dachshund’s inmate search ability. Once you put a treat inside it and close it up with Velcro, my dog is challenged to dig it out. High quality

Great indirect way to give a reward
I am using this treat holding toy so my dog can receive a treat indirectly. I am tossing it over jumps and after performing – away from me. The velcro is tight so I need to place the treat and lightly close it; then when the dog deserves a reward, toss it. The dog opens it with their nose and eats the treat. When I arrive to retrieve the toy, I give additional treats. A great feature is the loop on the base. A line or tug can easily be attached, making this toy very versatile. It is a tight fit in my treat apron, pressing the hook & loop closure tight (making it much slower to dispense the treat). The value of the tightness of closure will vary depending on the use of the toy and the ease of the nose being able to open the toy. I have friends who toss the toy with treat, then while the dog is playing with the toy, the handler opens the toy and gives the reward.

Fun option for non-chewers to average chewers
My dog would much rather chew the handle off than try and get the treats out. I would absolutely buy again for a less destructive dog but if you have a heavy chewer or someone that likes to gnaw this will not last long. My older dog would be fine with it but she isn’t willing to work that hard to get the treat (and it isn’t even that hard).

Such a hit. Takes only a few seconds for her to get it open now, but there is such anticipation! Easy to fill. Keep the Velcro clear to keep it closing well.

We love it!
We’ve used it a few times to hide treats and my dog had fun trying to get it out. It was a challenge since she’s tiny. Now she mostly uses it as a yak bone holder. She loves it and it keeps her occupied for a while. She gets bored VERY easily, so that says a lot! I love the design and quality. Great idea!!

Fun while it lasted.
My puppies absolutely loved this toy, but unfortunately it’s not durable at all. The sticky strips were covered with fur within about 2 days, so they stopped sticking properly. The fabric also started tearing after just 5 days. Fun while it lasted, but definitely not built to hold up.

These are fun for my dogs. They figured them out pretty quickly, but still fun.

Bought for agility training, strong Velcro and felt like good quality. I was advised only to have it out when we are training so it’s a high value toy, but it does seem strong enough to withstand chewing. Good size for medium to large dog.

Super zum verstecken von Leckerlis.Hält beim Werfen fest zu, aber lässt sich vom Hund mit etwas Übung gut öffnen.

Bra träningleksak som man kan kasta med vilket är super när vi tränar agility. Negativa med den är att den är lite för tjock i vadden och detta gör att den blir lite svår att stänga ordentligt.
