Works great, especially for pets!
This works so well! I have two big dogs and a cat so we definitely get our fair share of smells. This has worked wonders for our carpets, curtains, rugs, etc. I also used it with just water and the Bissell Pet cleaner and my mattress looked brand new. I haven’t used it yet on any materials or items that were discolored by the product. It did get stains out of blankets and mattress with one application. There does seem to be a slight smell but it smells clean and goes away.

Great household cleaner to keep on hand
This is literally a life saver. I have a stubborn cat that has urinated in appropriate places. This stuff WORKS. It removes the urine, the odor, and has barely any scent. It’s gentle enough on hands when diluted. You can also use this product in multiple ways!!! Sink drains, toilets, and more. This is a forever cleaner in my house.

Finally tackled that mystery odor!
When I first bought my house, I noticed an odor I could never quite place. Fast forward to recently adopting a pup and let’s just say she decided the living room carpet was her personal porta-potty. That finally pushed me to dig around for a real solution.I recognized this brand from a job I had years ago, where we used it for serious carpet stains, so I figured I’d give it a try at home. I’ve long suspected the previous owner had a dog because I’d occasionally catch that “dog smell” in the summer, and sure enough, my pup kept going back to the same exact spot.So, I saturated the area with this cleaner and let it sit for about an hour. As it worked, the odor I disliked when I first moved in actually intensified which I’m guessing was everything being drawn out of the carpet and padding. Then I used my shampooer to pull up the excess, and the water was absolutely disgusting (both the look and the smell). I don’t know what was in there, and honestly, I don’t think I want to.What I can say is this: the product worked. That mystery odor is gone to my nose, and the carpet smells fresh again. My pup still seems to catch something faint, so I may repeat the process, but I’m impressed with how much it pulled up the first time around. It might feel a little spendy, but it’s professional grade and you get what you pay for. If you want to get the problem taken care of the first time, then pay for the good stuff.

Removes all unpleasant odors and stains
I bought the small one first and oh wow! Got all the old Mansion smell out of the clothes! Had to soak it in my laundry tub over night since my washing machine want soak longer than a soak cycle- empties as safety precaution automatically if I turn it off ( learned something new about my washer lol. I did add a cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar to the cup of this stuff . Tub was full to the rim lol. Also used in my regular dog bedding laundry in the washer since normal washing plus laundry beads no longer got wet dog smell out. Only did it once w soak cycle and voila-dog smell totally gone. I used about 1/2 cup in the softener compartment, normal amount of detergent plus laundry beads .I also used it to shampoo my hall runner. Added 1/4 cup to carpet cleaner. Clean and smelling lovely now. I have 3 small dogs and 2 are boys that for no reason at times lift their leg .. I’ve made a spray bottle mix for those times. They don’t seem to be able to sniff out those areas anymore lol. Hopefully this big bottle is the same quality as the smaller one. I’ll know with my next “boy” laundry. So far very effective in the smaller bottle . FYI I even got out ink pen marks. Used it full strength and elbow grease. I was just amazed!

Good Cleaning Fluid/Decent Smell
Great cleaner at a good price. Bleach plus the order too strong: this Zeiff product cleans well and is not as harsh as some other cleaning fluids.
