Why does my network keep disconnecting?
Our product only supports 2.4GHz network connections. If your network is a 2.4GHz/5GHz interactive network, we suggest setting different account passwords for the two frequency bands to avoid connectivity issues caused by network hopping.
Why is my feeding schedule not repeating?
Please check if your feeding schedule has the ‘repeat’ option set. If this option is not set, the scheduled feeding will be a one-time event. When the ‘repeat’ option is set, the feeder will dispense the food at the date and time you specified.
What is the minimum amount of food that can be dispensed?
The minimum unit dispensed per meal is 1/24 cup (10ml), weighing approximately 5g. Up to 16/24 cups (160ml) dispensed per meal, weighing approximately 80g. The actual amount may vary depending on the size, type, and density of the food particles.
Why is the battery life of my feeder relatively short?
Maximize battery life by keeping feeder and router within 10m without walls in between, using recommended food sizes, and setting separate passwords for 2.4GHz/5GHz networks to avoid connection issues.
What should I do if there are ants around the food?
We suggest sprinkling pepper powder around the feeder to mitigate the possibility of ants, a solution that won’t harm your pets.

Good Feeder with minor clock issues
I purchased this pet feeder over a year ago (July 2024) and I have really had no significant problems with it. The only tiny thing to mention is that over time the clock seems to speed up a bit. While I have it set to go off at the top of the hour, over time it will eventually be dispensing at 10 mins to the hour. Not a big deal to me at all. Everything else has worked wonderful. Since it is not located near a power outlet, I put batteries in it and I STILL have not needed to change the batteries. For anyone who is concerned about using batteries, do not be worried. The food is kept nice and fresh with the seal lock on the top and I’ve never had a problem with any moisture building up and I don’t even have any desiccant packs in it. My cat was particular and didn’t like the stainless dish, but I was able to place her small ceramic dish in front of it instead with no problem. The timing setup takes a bit to get used to but it’s fairly straightforward once you get the hang of it. The instructions do explain how to do it. It sits securely on the floor and has never tipped over. Overall I think it’s a good value and I would recommend since I’ve been using it for quite awhile without any significant issues.

Quality /usefulness update
Update-2 years later:I have had this for two years now and there have been no problems with jamming, malfunctions, etc. The battery back up is excellent and has worked great during power outages. Even when I take the batteries out and disconnect from outlet to clean, the clock and settings resume perfectly without having to be reset once reconnected to power sources. One issue is that if it is not cleaned regularly crevices in the shute, in the part that rotates to portion the food, etc can develop some mold as even the dry kibble has some moisture/oils. I take it apart and clean it about once a month. The other issue is that after I take it apart and wash everything, it has to dry ABSOLUTELY completely or else more mold will develop. I live in an extremely humid environment in the summers and it can be very hard to get it completely dry-especially the parts with multiple crevices and nooks and crannies. I’ve learned to dry it with a hand towel as much as possible, then let it sit for several hours, tap the pieces that have nooks and crannies on my hand repeatedly until I no longer feel droplets coming out, let it sit again and test again for moisture before reassembling it. However, even though this is a pain, the feeder is absolutely worth it in my opinion. I still have someone come by once a day when I am away to check on the cat and make sure the feeder it working ok (and clean the litter box, etc) but I no longer have to have someone come more than that. Although I have read other reviews where people mention that their cat has learned to tip it over to get the top off, my cat has not bothered it.Original review:I bought this several months ago for my obese cat who can’t be convinced that he will get meals reliably and eats all of whatever is put before him rapidly and then barfs it up. I’ve been able to program it to dispense small amounts of food 6 times a day and he is slowly losing weight and mostly satisfied. The only problem has been that the directions for taking the inner piece out when cleaning are incorrect and could damage the feeder if followed the way it is printed. I found an excellent YouTube video which showed the proper way to do this. It also matters which way it is reassembled… again seems vulnerable to breaking if not done properly. So the printed directions which come with the product need revising/correcting. The hopper holds nearly a month’s worth of food. No jamming so far. The display is easy to program (the directions are clear and accurate for this feature) and the clock maintains the time even when there’s no power from either battery or electricity. For some reason, my batteries have run down even with little to no use while the unit is plugged into the electricity socket. I have recently put in new batteries in case there was something wrong with the first set so hopefully I can see if this is a problem with the unit or not. I do need the batteries to stay charged in case of power outages. I still have a pet sitter come once a day if I am gone more than a day to make sure everything is ok.

Reliable & Spill-proof – great for dieting cats!
Now that I’ve has this in use for a few weeks… This feeder has held up!I got this feeder to be able to feed my cat when I’m out of the house at feeding times. My cat has a Maine Coon (think the size of a small-medium dog), so he’s big and has a lot of physical power for a cat. This feeder has held up and not let any food out when it wasn’t supposed to, which was my primary concern since he’s on a diet.Good stuff:- App setup is simple, but using 1/24s of food to measure took some trial and error before I was comfortable feeding the cat with the right amount of food. It’s easy to set up timed feedings or to do a one-off immediate feed.- Food tower holds plenty of food. Since I am not using this for every meal every day, it takes a while to deplete.- Actually cat-proof. Despite his best efforts, no food as ever escaped from this feeder when it shouldn’t. There are some possible issues if you have a larger cat, which I’ll explain.- Battery charged fairly quickly and has been running for a few weeks so far. That’s plenty of time between charges for me.Issues:- Because of my small-dog-sized cat, the feeder was being knocked entirely on its side. No food ever released when this happened, but I needed to set it back upright. To prevent this, I had to wedge the feeder between the fridge and a heavy object to keep it upright. This has worked since I set it up.- The feeding dish can be pulled away from the food tower. While this would not prevent feeding from happening, it Is annoying and food could get in places you don’t want it to when it’s released. I was able to put one piece of tape across the bottom plastic to hold them together, which still allows me to clean the main bowl. No issues with this since then.- Again, you will need to figure out exactly how many 24ths of cups of food correspond to what you feed, which takes a little time. But once you know, it’s all set up.Overall I am impressed with the integrity of the feeder and it holding up despite the best efforts of my cat to cheat on his diet. I definitely recommend it, and with smaller cats I don’t think the tipping issue would come up at all.

Works perfectly/ total peace of mind for my cat
I bought two of these automatic feeders; one for my cat’s food and one for his treats.Programming them was super easy, and I’m running both on batteries so I don’t have to keep them plugged in. 1 year in and they’ve been awesome and have worked flawlessly so far.It gives me a lot of peace of mind when I’m away or on vacation knowing my indoor/outdoor cat can come inside, eat on schedule, and not miss a meal. They also look really nice sitting in my home — clean design and easy to keep tidy. Definitely worth it.

En mi terraza que tiene jardín a un lado vienen hormigas en busca de alimento .Me dijeron que ponga el producto sobre una charola con un poco de agua y esto impide que se metan las hormigas a comer las croquetas.El producto tiene mecanismo eléctrico en la parte de abajo así que no puedo ponerlo en agua por temor a que se dañe . O que nivel de agua 2 cms o 5 cms podría resistir sin mojar el mecanismo eléctrico , hay alguna otra solución?

This arrived today badly packaged, no instructions and even worse it has been obviously used as the bowl is dirty and the storage area has crumbs from the cat biscuits clearly visible. It will be going straight back. Seeing as I paid full price, I’m actually appalled at its condition!
