Works like a charm!
I absolutely love this collar. I have a 1 year old cane Corso and she needed some reinforcements. Overall a good girl just but she is still in that puppy phase so things like jumping up and rolling around when putting her leash on or pulling her lease needed to be nipped in the bud. I saw a change in her literally in 24 hours, no joke.I used the vibrate only twice when we were outside and she pulled the leash and the beep sound to let her know it was time to go back inside. What I love most is the metal around collar, the quality and the durability for a large breed.

Took the studs out for the shock. I can say from experience that the shock works! We only use the beeper and buzzer. And the battery life last forever and is very waterproof.

A life (and sanity) saver!
My wife’s boss recommended this to her for our new rescue who was being very stubborn in regard to his training. Our dog is an 86lb mixed breed and is long and tall. He was jumping on us (and practically bowling us over), he’d get distracted on walks when another dog was around and end up like a fish on hook on his leash because he’d want to go see them and he’s so strong that my wife would have a really hard time getting him under control on her own. He was also a chewed (and destroyer) or couch pillows and patio chair cushions. Training was helping but not well enough because of his distractedness and stubbornness.So we ordered the collar, got it 2 days later, and had results THE FIRST DAY! We like having the different options between the beep, vibration, and shock and the control of being able to lock the remote so there’s no accidental button hitting. The first time we used the beep, he was instantly snapped out of his distraction and looked at us. We use the button with commands like “leave it” and “no” and he listens better now when we say the commands without using the beep. We’ve only used the vibration when he was incredibly focused on chewing a patio cushion and he wasn’t listening to the beep. After using the vibration on a few separate occasions with the cushions, he doesn’t go after them anymore and we’ve successfully been able to reintegrate the couch pillows. Walks are a thousand times better because now when we walk by another dog, he looks at them but otherwise doesn’t pay them any attention.This has been an amazing training tool and a life (and sanity) saver! I highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I read the reviews prior to buying and felt like this would be a good option. For the 1st day or 2 I only used the vibration and the beep. After that I went to install the shock parts of the collar and then tested with their “testing tool” as well as on myself. NOTHING! Nothing happened. I immediately called customer service number printed on box and was assured that I would receive an email in the next 24 hour with info on a replacement. 3 days past. No Email, I called again. They were so apologetic and ensured I would receive email again by the next day. 3 days later, still nothing. I have now called them 4 different times in the past 2 weeks and am always apologized to and told the same thing. I still have received no email, no replacement. I am not hopeful that I will ever receive a replacement or any communication from them. Buyer beware!

Will not work for my small pup it’s too big
My pup is too small for this collar so I won’t be able to actually use it but the quality seems super nice. It does have a special cord with two dongles, one for the remote and another slightly bigger plug for the receiver. I took off one Star cause you will have to make sure you keep up with that cord or you won’t be able to charge it. I’m constantly loosing cords so if it charged with a usb c cord I wouldn’t have to worry. Other than that I like the collar. I like that it is adjustable and you can trim the excess collar strap although I don’t know if that will fray so you might want to heat the end with a lighter to keep that from happening. Instructions say it’s waterproof and said to have a nice range. The collar strap seems to be a durable nylon and would last. All in all seems to be a great training collar just hate it’s too big for my shihpoo puppy.

We don’t use the shock feature because, well, who needs that when you’ve got ‘Pink Box’ magic? Pro tip: Just skip attaching the connector if you want to avoid any accidental zaps. This thing stays charged for 5-7 days, but honestly, we hardly use it.
