This multi vitamin is excellent. It is an actual capsule and has powdered vitamins inside so it is easy for the body to absorb. I keep purchasing this product for that reason. Not a big pill either.

I take the recommended amount, which is 2 capsules. You should wash your hands after taking the pill because the smell lasts, but overall it’s a good multivitamin. Ease to swallow

So close. I should have paid more attention to the label.
Wish I read the label closely. Not interested in the “Test X blend” portion of the ingredients for ongoing, long term daily use. This would be an ideal combo and much affordable than the other super popular men’s multi from a competing, well known brand that rhymes with “moptimum gutrition”. Make one without that stuff and this would be a no brainer. As it stands, I guess I’ll keep paying for those other giant, 3x horse pills from the other brand.
