Dang! Is this Silicon Tinkerers’ Mat handy!This silicon mat lies flat and has a 1/4″ lip around the edges. Small parts and screws don’t roll off. It’s anti-static. Nothing slides off into the wilderness while you’re working. You don’t damage your dining room table if you drop something on this shock-absorbing mat. Small amounts of spilled liquids stay put. The silicon seems impervious to oil and chemicals. And the mat rolls back up into a tight tube for clean, dust-free storage.I should have bought this ages ago, used it as soon as it arrived. Maybe I need a pet now.

Great for Many Different Uses
I now have 2 of these. Had 1 for under pet dishes & it does the job, especially for water spills! Needed silicone for new wooden floors. Flooring guy said not to use anything with rubber backs, especially black rubber, as it can effect floor color over time, Just bought a 2nd one for by our slider for my husband’s wet yard shoes.

Nice pet food mat, nice size, but….
This silicone pet food mat is a nice size to accommodate a double bowl of wet food & dry food for our cat, plus also a electric watering bowl. I got to choose the color of the mat (nice), it says it has raised sides all around. It does but they are flimsy, soft, & very pliable. NOT FIRM sides at all. It came rolled up in a long tube like box. Says it’s dishwasher safe, but it’s so thin & pliable, I don’t trust it in the dishwasher…. time will tell how long it will last, before it cracks, rips, tears ? But so far it’s holding up, and retaining any food or water spills.But I would & will hand wash & dry the mat to help keep it’s shape & help with the long-term use….

Really Nice Mat
We just put new vinyl plank flooring and I did not want standing water from spillage from the pet bowels, I have a dog and a cat. So I bought this mat to put their fountain and water bowl on. Yes, kitty like a fountain and doggie like a bowel, go figure.It is made of very nice pliable plastic that is super easy to clean. It is not thin and won’t tear easy so it is made of a nice material for easy use. The width and length are perfect to hold a small-medium size fountain and a small water bowl. The mat looks nice under the water stations and keep them looking very clean and neat looking.Even if you don’t have bare floors this will help keep your rugs nice and dry and keep them from molding from the water spills. This is actually worth the price.

Perfect silicone mat to keep the mess off of the floor.
Perfect silicone mat to keep the mess off of the floor. Ships as a tube and unrolls into something akin to a silicone cookie sheet in size and shape. For years I’ve tried to get the dogs to be less sloppy when they drink their water but they just don’t listen, instead wagging their tails, smiling at me, and asking for pats and/or treats. This takes care of one headache.

Got this for use with processing my resin 3d prints. I had a bottle of resin tip over on me while pouring resin back into the bottle. It made a huge mess. Luckily I was able to keep it from going onto the floor. This mat is what I got to prevent resin from going everywhere again. The walls are sturdy and stand up straight.

Useful for more than pet food
I have a steam cleaner and it can drip, and the pads are wet, so I bought this to lay in the bottom of the broom closet and it works perfectly. The steamer sits on it and doesn’t slip off. I would use this for wet boots and shoes, wet mops and more. Lays flat and easy to wipe up and keep clean.

Great food mat for our cats and dog, fully washable and the rim stops the bowls being pulled off and the surface seems to grip both plastic and metal bowls. Seems to be hard wearing and fairly thick as well as being flexible – great for tipping mess into the bin etc.
