I bought this Jugbow collar for my little dog, and it’s worked incredibly well. It’s easy to use, the remote has a good range, and the battery lasts a long time. I like that it’s waterproof and that it has several options, such as vibration and sound, before using the pulse. In just a few days, I noticed improved behavior, and he’s already responding much better to commands. Totally recommended!

I bought this collar for my dog and I loved it. It’s easy to use, the remote works from a good distance, and the collar charges quickly. It has different vibration and sound options, and just using the lowest level was enough for my dog to understand. It’s also waterproof and feels high-quality. Very good purchase.

This product is a excellent value and works extremely well in training my puppy. Instructions for use are easy to understand and the product is safe for even inexperienced trainers. It holds a charge well and seems to be durable.We personally don’t use the shock feature in that we found it unnecessary for our pup but its there for emergencies??I really appreciate that each feature can be adjusted individually for volume and intensity and then saved.This product has great range as advertised which allows us freedom as we train our pup for recall and other.I’d give my experience with this training tool a score of 10.

Update (2). Seller no longer associated with amazon. No way to get refund/replacement. If i could give 0 stars, I would.Update 11/25/25. Collar no longer works. It charges but won’t turn on. Also clasp sticks so can’t remove the collar without undoing the whole thing. Disappointed! Dropped rating from 4 stars to 1.This works so much better on my mini Bernedoodle than the bigger option. She responds so much better to it. However, just like with the bigger version, the silicone caps have come off the end of the prongs on the base and I’m unable to find the correct replacement caps. & I don’t want the prongs and the caps, just the caps for the short haired dog ( We keep her trimmed short because she is always so hot). With the bigger version, I was able to contact them to get the correct part, but had to purchase all 4…small prongs, large prongs, and 2 caps for each. It would be awesome if the seller would also sell JUST THE SILICONE CAPS..

Just my opinion
The shock collar for small dogs works as described, but it has a few drawbacks that make it just okay rather than great. It’s easy enough to set up and the adjustable intensity levels are helpful, especially for smaller breeds. However, the collar doesn’t really work once you use the shock function. My dog doesn’t even acknowledge that I’m using it. It’s lightweight and the fit isn’t bulky. The remote works fine at close range but sometimes loses signal if the dog moves too far away. It can be useful for basic training. Overall, it does the job, but it’s not the best option for my dog.
