One Ingredient, Four Furry Four-Legged Fanatics
I’ve tried a mix of treats over the years for my four-legged housemates—from freeze-dried meats to trendy lick tubes—with mixed success. Some things they’d sniff and turn away from, others they’d tolerate. But these? These freeze-dried chicken cubes might as well be pet gold.The moment I reach for the container, I suddenly have four very attentive furballs lined up like I’m about to hand out Oscars. Both of my cats and both dogs instantly shift into eager anticipation mode. Even my most timid kitty, who usually acts like she’s auditioning for “Scaredy Cat: The Musical,” becomes a bold chicken thief if I don’t separate the handouts carefully. She even snatched a cube right from her larger sister’s pile the first time. Totally out of character—and hilarious.This especially picky kitty has never once accepted a hand-fed treat. Lick sticks? She looked at me like I insulted her ancestry. But with these, she gave one sniff, started licking the cube obsessively, and now follows me around like I’m a walking chicken tree. I’ve never seen her so enthusiastic. I kind of feel like I have a new best friend now, but deep down I know it is these chicken treats she seeks.The ingredients list doesn’t get any simpler: just chicken breast. Looking at the cubes, it’s clear they aren’t overly processed or mystery-meated. You can literally see the texture of the real meat, like someone cooked, cubed, and gently dried it. Honestly, I wouldn’t be shocked if they taste like plain chicken breast because that’s exactly what they are.Bonus points for the thoughtful packaging. They come with a vacuum container top with a tab you pull to pull it back and dispose of it and a screw top lid to place back on the jar. (think: Pringles can). They also include a little moisture absorbing pack to keep them fresh and dry. The lid reseals well, and the whole container tucks away nicely in my pantry until it’s time to turn into the Treat Dealer again.I’ve wasted a good amount of money on expensive treats (which all had pumpkin or some other vegetable mixed into them) that ended up as mix-ins for the dogs chow, but this one is a permanent pantry staple now. When a single-ingredient snack makes four pets happy and gives me a mini obedience parade? That’s a win in my book.I sure wish I had selected the larger size as that is even a greater value per oz and these will go fast around here!

Freaking awesome chicken treat
My cats loved this. One of them really took to it at first, and the other one didn’t quite know what to do with the bigger pieces. However, when I broke them up, they both devoured them. They also started to favor them over other chicken treats, so now I have to keep buying them.You got me, oh, you got me. I love my little guys, so they get what they want.I like that it is just chicken. I eat chicken. I’m sure a cat can eat chicken. So, there is nothing to worry about.Also, they will keep on the shelf for some time if you want to stock up. I mean, I wouldn’t buy a year’s supply, but freeze-dried stuff keeps well.

Ferrets usually like freeze dried duck but…
I have two ferrets who love freeze dried duck cubes and they won’t take to these. The packaging is nice though and it’s a good value. If you have pets picky about brands, I would steer clear of this one.

Both of my dogs love these. All of my cats love these. 100% chicken, can’t really go wrong!

Improved case opening
The product itself is good in terms of taste. However, I got two cuts on my hand while trying to take the contents out of the packaging. I’m currently using it after transferring it to a ziplock bag.

My furbabies love these freeze dried chicken treats! They go bonkers the moment I pull it out! Enjoyed by all my cats and dog, too! They love the taste and crunch! Always begging for more! I love the fact its a single, clean ingredient. Just chicken and nothing else!Overall, we are quite happy with these snacks and highly recommend it to others!

Just pure chicken with no fillers
I’ve used a different brand’s raw topper, but it also had veggies and other fillers in it. Not what I was looking for. The kibble I use already has that covered. I just wanted pure meat as a little treat to go on top, and for an occasional treat separate from a meal. My 10 year old dog with bad teeth loves it and so do our kitties.
