Works well for my cats
I bought this for my shop cats. My husband built a crate with a hole for the feeding tray so that I can keep it secure from racoons. It has worked very well. I like that the screen and buttons can be locked so the programming isn’t changed. It also holds a good amount of food. Good price for a dependable feeder.

Works pretty good
I was prepared to be skeptical because I’ve used auto feeders in the past with mixed results, but this one is working out to be pretty good so far. There was some frustration with the assembly and operation and scanning a QR code is a pain. I would much rather have a paper copy of a quick start guide and download a full manual for the more in-depth stuff. Having to program the timer while holding and reading your itty-bitty phone is a pain. Other than that though, it has been working great for my cats. I needed the auto feeder because my dog has a habit of ‘surfing’ if the cats food is left out. I’ve programmed the feeder to provide about 1/2 cup of food every six hours and as soon as the food hits the bowl the cats are running to the sound. I have the two-tray model and the only issue I have is that the food does not always dispense evenly between bowls.

Wanted to rate less than one star!
Won’t buy again…wish I hadn’t …no instructions included and the QR code on box for instructions was only available in Japanese…spent hours of trying to you tube and or find instructions somewhere…finally trial and error I thought had set up to find out that it wasn’t and had to try again…horrible product

It took a second to get it set up, but it works well.I started going into office two days a week and my dog isn’t used to skipping lunch, so I figured I’d get him an automatic feeder while I’m in office. It was worked great for that and I’ve actually been using it for all of his meals since you can setup 6 separate meals.It does take a bit of effort to figure out how to set up the clock/meal schedule. But once I figured it out it has been easy to adjust the feeding schedule and portion sizes.The quality of this feeder is great. The plastic is sturdy and the design feels well executed. I love that there is a battery option as well as plug-in option. I don’t keep this near an outlet so being able to use batteries has been very convenient. One thing to note is that it comes with a usb-c to usb cable. You need one of those usb port charging blocks or an outlet with a usb port as this doesn’t come with that piece.Now when my dog hears his kibble dropping into the metal bowls he runs over to his feeding area.Overall I’m super happy with this and I would definitely recommend.

Love it!!
I love it!! I use this to feed my two cats, one 12lbs and the other 17lbs. They both eat a LOT and I had to get up multiple times a day to give them food. This automatic pet feeder has been a life saver!

It’s wonderful
This is wonderful to keep our dogs on a schedule. I thought it would be too small for our retrievers, but it holds as much as we always feed them in the bowls. I love the set it and forget it nature of this. I only need to keep an eye on the food level inside. It dispenses perfectly, doesn’t take up as much space as their two big bowls use to, and it’s easy to clean. I don’t have to worry if I’m delayed coming home, I know my dogs will be fed.
