My dog is a classic messy eater and even messier drinker, so the area under his food dishes was always a disaster. I was worried about my already imperfect floors getting worse – until I found this silicone placemat. It does a fantastic job catching most of the mess, making cleanup way easier, and it actually looks great in my home too.

A bowl mat for my dog that works
It took a month or two for this to lay completely flat on the floor. It keeps the floor free from most of the slop my dog creates. it is very sturdy, holds up to the dishwasher and is sized right for my dog’s requirements. I’m not a fan of the red color, but I bought for function, not form. Overall, the value is good.

The mat has held up well since purchase. My cat is a messy eater so a mat was a need. It catches all the extra bits that fall out and cleaning is very easy and quick. The size is also nice and not too small for a cat food dish.

Love the green olive colour but way over priced. Like the lip to contain the water splats on mat and pleasing shape. Green colour hides the white water marks more than a black or grey mat.

I really wanted a silicone circle placemat but they turned out hard to find. I’m so pleased with this one! The green is adorable with the copper bowl. Mat has a 10 inch diameter and the bowl has a 5 inch for reference. Has room available if you wanted to upsize the bowl. I thought I owned a high edge placemat but this one is much taller so that’s an added bonus. Definitely recommend! FYI the green is a little darker in person vs photo. It also came packaged flat, I was worried it would come rolled up and be hard to shape back down.
