Cats of all ages love this! Nice quality item and perfect for cats to scratch on. Good size for larger cats. I bought two and I highly recommend this product. Arrived quickly and the cats like to play, scratch and sit on them. Something different to keep them busy.

Nice scratcher
One of my cats is a floor scratcher (not a pole) and this works good. All my cats love to spin the balls. I only gave it a four as the wooden balls to not spin as well as my other toys.

Cats love it. But I took out the balls that were loose. Maybe I’m being overprotective but I’m scared they’ll swallow them. They fall out very easily.

Unfinished wood
The other reviews seem very positive but the item we received is essentially unfinished. The track is so rough that the balls don’t roll freely. The inside edges of the track are still sharply cut. The whole thing needs to be fine sanded and finished with some sort of wood finish to be suitable for use – and to allow the balls to roll around the track.

Had to sandpaper but otherwise good product
I hand to sand down the inside so that the balls would roll well but otherwise, my cat likes it.
Would have been nice had the driver not left the box out in the pouring rain.. products were soaked –
My cat hasn’t left it since I put it down, the catnip was a help as my cats are skittish to anything. Very nice it’s made of wood and not plastic

This product appears to be designed well, and if quality control were better, it would be a 4 or 5 star product. The one I received is very rough inside the ball track, so the balls come to a hard stop at 2 large spots. For the price, this is not acceptable.

Arrived broken with part of the side wood completely broken and all balls cannot rotate and be played with as intended.
