And it is. I’ve got 2 hairless babies that ruin everything we own. I say that with love. Anything white, it’s stained. Anything plastic, it’s a new scratching post. If they’re bored, bulldozing the whole fountain over and playing in the water is their idea of entertainment.So when I tell you this water fountain is saving a portion of my sanity, I mean it.It’s too heavy to knock over. The ceramic isn’t quite clawable. It’s also black, so goblin grease-proof.Water filtration quality is sound. It’s beautifully quiet. And just pretty to look at. I’ve had a few fountains for my little predators and this one comes fully recommented.

Faucet did not work, piece came broken
EDIT: Received a replacement and everything works perfectly now!Everything works as expected except for the water does not come out of the faucet. The water pump came with a small piece broken off which I imagine must be causing this issue. Hoping the seller will contact me after this review because I cannot find any contact information on the page or instruction booklet, nor was any warranty information included.Extremely disappointed as this was not a cheap fountain and I’ve been eying it for months before I got my cat. Leaving two stars because it still does it’s job and my cat drinks from it.

Heavy, durable, and easy to set up plus the cat likes it
I have had the water fountain for a few days and so far so good. The cat is drinking out of it with no issues. I like the weight and durability of the ceramic fountain and was easy to set up and start using. Few parts to have to clean and maintain. It is not the least expensive of options but so far I am pleased.

Almost fully stainless steel
The fountain is all stainless steel besides the tube that moves the water up and the motor housing. I didn’t add 5 stars because it is hard to completey remove hair from the motor due to the way it’s built

I have a fountain that is nice. Easy to clean, wireless pump. This… feels sadly backwards. I have to unplug it to clean it. The dual filter option as it states is… well, not really. the filter is meh. I’m not impressed with the design of that.It’s okie to clean, I like that it’s ceramic. It’s really to convince my faucet loving cat to drink from this instead. I don’t like giving her tap water.There’s a bunch of fountains in this style, not much is different cept branding.I hope a bigger brand picks up this design and improves on it, like wireless pump. Ceramic is nice, I’ll consider getting stainless too.Pretty quiet, with some sound, I’m glad, since my cat likes the sound of running water.Idk if I’d get it again if it breaks though. it took a bit of convincing for my cat to try it. I had to pretend to give her water like its a faucet

Quiet, Clean, beautiful and the cats love it!It’s like drinking from a spout. It works well, no light from it, sturdy, solid materials, easy to set up and change filter too! Very good and durable materials. I appreciate the copper spout that ensures cleaner water (copper kills bacteria) 🙂

UPDATE: DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUYORIGINAL REVIEW—–I have two cats and I feel it is critically important to make sure they are drinking enough water. These kinds of fountains seem to encourage regular water consumption by the critters. Cats seem to like drinking water that is running or moving versus stagnant water that is sitting still.This fountain does its job and seems to do it well. The design is good – here are some of the things I like about it:+Minimalist, stainless steel design for the base and upper lid/bowl+The lid/bowl is recessed so in the event of power loss, there will still be water sitting in the bowl and available to the critters (The centered drain is raised slightly above the bottom of the bowl).+The water pump sits at the bottom of a plastic reservoir within the main reservoir so it seems that will make the most efficient use of low water levels.+It has a floating orange ball indicator to show the current level of water inside.+There are 3 filters and it comes with a spare set. Two of the filters seem washable but the carbon/mineral filter is not. If you use purified water (which you should) in the fountain, you might not need the carbon filter. If you use tap water, then it is probably a good idea to use the carbon filter.+Standard USB-A 5V DC/1A power connection (comes with standard AC adapter with USB-A port)All around, it seems like a quality fountain so far. The only plastic parts are the upper spout and the pump reservoir parts, but that doesn’t seem like a deal breaker.The design of these fountains seems to be getting better and better every day. Even though it does not come with famous household name brand, it seems to do the job well. A good value for the price paid.—UPDATE:Maybe not such a good design? It started leaking from the water meter level indicator! DO NOT BUY

Very pleased with this product. Easy to clean, Long-lasting. I just use it with the 2 sponge-filters included, and it last 2 weeks refilling the water after 1 week. The only thing I would change is the tap, as it is plastic. All the rest is stainless steel. I wish the tap could have been it as well.

I love love this water filter for my pets. I have had more than 5 types and all were difficult to keep clean or issue with proper filtration system. But this filter is easy to set up, keeps the water pristinely clean, has two filters inside which is so good, works great, I wish they had a bit larger in size but same as it is in functionality, otherwise this filter is the best. The tiny water fountain if put into slow flow, barely makes any noise, my pets gather around it daily multiple times. Worth it.
