I can’t say enough about this company! Yes, my dog has enjoyed their product (all flavors) and yes, I appreciate that they always seem fresh and soft so I can easily break them into small pieces for my shih tzu….but the main reason is I like dealing with this company. Both times I have needed to return something (once I made a mistake on my order and now, just after I ordered two more bags, my vet has placed my dog on a restrictive diet and she can no longer have these treats) they have just refunded my money ….no questions, no returning the product, no hassle! It’s so refreshing! I will continue to recommend Buddy Biscuits even though Cali can no longer eat them.

FANTASTIC TREATS! However; the ones that came from Amazon were “over-baked” and stale. Bad batch?
I have been buying and using these treats for over 2 years from Petco and would highly recommend them as a product; just be wary purchasing online through Amazon.Treats are high quality, made in the US, and can be broken into itty bitty pieces for training. The only treats I buy usually!Unfortunately, like several other users reported, I ordered from Amazon for the first time and they are NOT the same as the “soft” and “chewy” treats from the store. I first checked expiration, they were still quite good. They don’t smell “fresh” and enticing like they usually do. Someone else described them as burnt smelling. All four bags (same expiration) were like this. They were relatively recent reviews; so maybe we all got a batch that slipped through quality control. I never thought to call CloudStar since Amazon refunded me politely, professionally, and quickly!”Over-baked” is the term I used to describe them when I got my money back. I had a few left from my last bag, that has been open for 4 months and spent the last week literally sitting open and they were still softer than these. I took pictures (these are lighter and about snap in half, mine are darker and you can tear and squish them). I won’t risk buying these on Amazon again, despite the fantastic price.

My dog, Luna, loves these buddy biscuits. They’re soft and chewy and very flavorful. Yes, I actually tasted one. I figure if it’s good enough for my dog, it’s good enough for me.They’re a nice size and shaped like little gingerbread men.Luna can’t get enough of them, so they are great for training and discipline.I strongly recommend these dog treats. And they come in a variety of flavors, if your mutt has discreet tastes.

Too Small for Us Now
It was a five star for me, but I don’t know that it will be for others.My rescue White Husky/Samoyed mix, Hope, absolutely LOVES these treats. The flavor must be fantastic to her senses. She can smell them from the other side of the house! Just opening the package brings her running.When I first got her from the shelter, at age 9, she had been badly mistreated and was very ill with heartworm. She was sick and frightened, and didn’t have much of an appetite. She just picked at her food. She would nibble a couple of these and then retreat. I took her through the heartworm treatment protocol, which was 4+ months long, very painful, and scary for both of us, not to mention extremely expensive. (Fortunately, the rescue group paid for the heartworm treatment.) Luckily, I wasn’t working outside the home at that time. I had to be inside the house with her 24/7. She could not go outside except to poop and to pee. That was it. Nothing could elevate her heart rate. It was my job to make sure it didn’t.As she began to feel better, she wanted more treats. These are tiny (around 1″ square) and really not appropriate for a large dog, but she loved them so. After a while, when Hope felt better, we moved on to Newman’s Own Organic Dog Treats. I now buy them in bulk from Amazon (good price). I still have some Buddy Biscuits, and if I want her to be an “especially good girl” I’ll break them out. She will do anything for them.My girl has found her forever home where she is now happy, healthy and well-cared for. At 66 lbs. she has had extensive (read: expensive) dental work, enough to set her new adoptive mom back a few months in expenses. But we’ll eventually be fine with that, and she can crunch those harder treats now.The Buddy Biscuits were a step for us. She found them soft and delicious. Her teeth were painful, but the scent of those treats was so enticing. They may or may not be just right for your small dog. I’d recommend buying one package and trying it out first.And please, if you have a dog, be sure it’s on some kind of heartworm preventive treatment. Prevention is so much less expensive than treatment in terms of money, pain, worry, and care!!!Heartworm is passed by mosquitoes. One bite from an infected mosquito can do it. My friend said, “My dogs fur is so thick that a mosquito can’t bite her.” My vet said, “They bite inside the ear.” No one is safe.

My dogs are 9-lb Chihuahuas, and they LOVE these Buddy Biscuits Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter treats! l like that they are soft and easy for my dogs to chew, and the size is perfect for small breed dogs. Because they are soft treats, my dogs don’t leave a pile of crumbs on the floor after eating these treats! I usually give my dogs each a few of these treats right before heading out the door whenever I have to leave the house; because these are peanut butter flavor, my hand doesn’t stink like meat right after reaching into the bag to give them to my dogs! Major plus in my book!Overall, I definitely recommend the Buddy Biscuits Soft & Chewy Peanut Butter treats for anyone with small breed dogs or dogs that prefer chewy treats! Just don’t forget to close the bag after giving some to your dog(s), or the treats will harden up!
