Much better than using grocery bags!
For 25 years I used grocery bags to scoop my cats’ litter boxes. It was always a hassle because most of the bags had holes in them, so I’d either have to find the rare bag without any holes or I’d have to find 2 bags with holes in different spots. We had so many grocery bags though, I didn’t want to spend money buying more plastic bags. Not too long ago I started using reusable tote bags when I picked up my grocery order, and eventually we ran out of grocery bags. It was a very small thing, but when I started to use bags that I purchased to scoop the litter it made my life just a little easier. I didn’t have to worry about the darn holes in the bags! I found out by trial and error that many of the bags sold for scooping cat litter are small. These bags are plenty large. I think they are compostable too, so they are made to break down. I’ve purchased several boxes of these bags and never had a problem. We started to have our groceries delivered and have grocery bags in the house again, but I continue to purchase these bags. I highly recommend them!

Great product
These are so nice. We use a type if litter that clumps really hard and when we clean the box we’re basically bagging up kitty litter pee rocks and they are often quite sharp. We’ve used all kinds of biodegradable pet waste bags and these are the only ones so far that these dang sharp AF litter lumps don’t immediately rip through. Added bonus is they open nice and wide and my kiddos can easily tie securely closed. All in all I’m very happy with these and the price point doesn’t make me want to cry.

Slightly smaller than grocery bag but good price and does the job
We needed large waste bags for dual purpose. We use them to empty the cat litter box as well as clean up the backyard after our 90# dog. These bags were a bit smaller than those we have used before, but the price was very reasonable for what you get. They are sturdy enough to hold the contents of the litter box, but do not overfill weight-wise, as the handles start to stretch and may break. The handles do make the bags easy to tie off after collecting “the prize.” We also appreciate that the bags are biodegradeable. That said, if cleaning up after your outside pet, be sure to place in trash immediately. If left outside, rain or dew will cause these bags to begin breaking down rather quickly.

Best price-per-bag at this size
These are excellent cat litter bags, with a super stretchy material that does not rip or break, unlike some other popular options on Amazon where I found myself constantly double-bagging due to weak material. They are on the smaller side, but it encourages you to clean the litter box more frequently, which is only a good thing. I have two 3-year old cats and these bags are more than adequate for every other day cleaning. Holds a lot more than you would think!
I live in one of those states where you have to pay 10 cents if you want a bag at the store, and very few stores have plastic bags. While I am all about reducing the amount of that gets discarded every day it did force me to come up with a new plan for scooping the litter boxes. I figured if I was going to have to buy bags for scooping I wanted some that were going to add as little harm as possible. I wasn’t sure how well they would hold up, or how they would feel, but I was pleased when I got these. They look quite small but actually hold plenty, I can easily scoop once a day for my four cats and it all fits in no problem. They seem to be quite sturdy and hold up well. I will for sure be ordering more when it is time.

Great little bags.
This size I thought was grocery bag size. It’s not. My big scoop would hardly fit. I have a 3 gal. Mop bucket that I drape the bag over. That holds it in place so I can scoop the clumps into it and then tie the flaps at the top. And then I put that bag inside 1 or 2 more bags. If you don’t need that big there great bags. I have clumps that are bigger than this bag sometimes.
