Great for this petite human!
I’m so happy with my 4-10lb weighted vest! Prior to purchasing this, I was using two 12lb weights to help build bone density. After about 8 minutes my arms felt like they were going to fall off! I really wanted to get the 20-32lb vest, but when I saw how large it was, I knew there was no way it was going to be comfortable on my tiny frame. I’m 5′ tall and weigh ~95lbs.When I received the vest yesterday, I grabbed two 8lb weights along with the vest, for a total of 26lbs — 2lbs more than the two 12lb weights I’d been carrying in my hands before I got the vest, and was able to walk for 15 minutes easily before I had to get back to doing chores! Today I went for an 80 minute power walk with some stair climbing, wearing just the vest with all 10lbs, and I’m so glad that I didn’t get the heaviest vest! This was all I needed to feel a difference while power walking.Things I love about this vest:– It’s adjustable enough to fit snugly around my 24″ waist, yet has long straps, so it would also fit someone with a much larger waist.– The weight is evenly distributed, and it works great. Just slipped it over my head, snapped the sides and tucked the remaining length of straps into the back reflector loops.– I didn’t notice any unpleasant smell.– At $26.99, I felt it was fairly priced.My only complaints are:– Two of the pouches of non-removable weighted sand press uncomfortably against the bones at the front of my chest. It isn’t bad enough that I need to put padding, and I imagine that someone with larger breasts wouldn’t have that problem.– The pouch designed to hold a cell phone isn’t large enough to securely hold my phone. My phone fits, but if I lean over or jog, I’m concerned that it would slip right out, as it extends beyond the velcro closure.All in all, I highly recommend the BAGAIL Adjustable Weighted Vest!

Nice design and function
I purchased the 12-18 pound vest on the recommendation that the weighted vest should be 10% of body weight. I’m currently using it without any of the extra weights. It’s at 12 pounds, and it is just a little bit heavy for me. I’m going to keep it, but if you’re just getting started with a weighted vest or are new to exercising and weight training, and are on the fence about it, I recommend you start with a lighter vest.I am a female who wears a L or XL (38D bra size). The vest fits me great and the straps on the side are very long. So long that they could almost accommodate another small person in the vest. The distribution of the weight is good with more weight towards the back. The bulk of the weight in the front of the vest is in the center chest which sits nice.The front pocket for keys/phone is velcro and difficult to open, and I suppose that’s good and secure, especially if you’re planning to run in it.The vest has safety reflector strips for use outside at night or when visibility is low.The material is thick and soft and seems durable. The vest allows for full movement of the arms.There is a little bit of a chemical odor coming off the vest but not so bad that I can’t stand it.I feel a little bit silly wearing it, but the embarrassment outweighs the benefits.

Love that you can adjust weight
I like that you can change the weight of the vest depending on your need for the day. I have a muscle disorder and some days I can’t walk well at all and some days I can do much better. So this is perfect for me. The straps are kinda long and do hit under the arms that is why I have it once less star. It could use some work with the adjustment straps but everything else is great quality. It is comfy to wear.

I purchased the 4–10 lb version, and it’s been amazing! The stitching quality is a solid 10/10—super durable and well put together. The workout effectiveness is also a full 10/10. It adds the perfect amount of resistance for training, though I could personally go heavier because it works so well. There’s absolutely no odor, and I haven’t needed to adjust any of the weights since it feels perfect right out of the box. If you’re looking for a dependable, high-quality weighted vest that truly delivers, this one’s it.

This vest is exactly what I wanted it has a great spot to hold my phone and it plus size friendly I wear a Xl-2Xl in shirts and have no problem definitely worth it for my walks outsideMy only complaint would be it’s not easy to store as it’s heavy and takes up some space

Comfy for the girls!
I weigh 185 and have a 40DD/42DD depending on which brand of bra I buy. I was really concerned about how the vest would sit on my chest as there weren’t many reviews on this. The center of the vest (emblem) sits dead center on me ( I opted for the 12-18 lb vest) and when I cinch both sides it fits well on my chest/not binding or rubbing at all. The vest does seem to shift if not tight on both sides so that seems to be the key. The weigh does seem evenly distributed front to back and side to side. I did not notice any off-putting smell. The individual weights seem sturdy and easy to remove/add. As of now I am very pleased with my selection.

Works as expected
It is comfortable to wear while walking. The fixed weight of the vest is evenly distributed and the pockets for the additional weights should make it easy to keep the weight balanced when adjusting between minimum and maximum weight. The removable weights are nice since it makes the vest adjustable. The buckles and adjustable straps on the sides makes it easy to adjust the fit and then to remove the vest and put it on again without needing to readjust the straps.

You can get a snug but comfortable fit with the adjustable side straps and you can remove some of the weighted pouches to adjust the weight of the vest if necessary. Don’t overestimate how much weight you can handle as I was surprised at how heavy mine was and I picked the middleweight vest! Although soft and padded, I did find the vest cut into the trapezium (between shoulders and neck) with prolonged wear but it does seem to ease as your body adapts over time. I could certainly feel the muscles in my legs, glutes, and torso aching the day after use, so it does stimulate the muscles. A great alternative to the gym if you like long walks!
