Hands free office / GYM water fountain
Just install it. Working well and the tenants love it. Its hands free and with motion detection. Hardest part was working with existing drain line and aligning the mounting bracket. Just bring a level, some simple tools

Had an issue with it leaking but customer support sent me a replacement and now it’s functioning just fine.

Looks good. Needs a standard 1-1/2” or 1-1/4” drain for ptrap. Needs better instructions
This product looks and feels like a very high quality water station, as a plumbing business owner I bought this looking for a quality alternative to the much more expensive standard drinking fountains that we are used to installing. Problems that I found were that even after installing dozens and maybe hundreds of drinking fountains, this was not an intuitive install. Forced to refer to instructions, which were greatly lacking in any kind of useful information. I was not able to find any videos that might help. The drain needs to be a standard drain outlet, which should drop into a ptrap. This only has a 1/2” corrugated hose which we had to adapt to fit standard plumbing methods. Customer service was very responsive. However If instructions were more clear and detailed we would never have had to call in the first place. Time is money! I have my suspicions that this company is going to rely on the mandatory filter sales over the life of this fountain, as it is inoperable without them. I think a replacement set of filters is around $100 us also water pressure/volume was lacking by about 20% compared to other standard brands.

Simple, Lightweight Fountain That Gets the Job Done
Lightweight and basic, but perfect for business use. This is your standard wall-mounted water fountain like you’d see in a school. No bells and whistles, just the basics. The price is a bit high for such a simple unit, but hopefully the quality will hold up over time.
