We LOVE this automatic cat feeder!
I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to share how pleased we are with this product. We absolutely LOVE this automatic cat feeder!! We wanted the most reliable feeder for our outside cat, so that we could leave him at home when going out of town, and this feeder does everything as described. We can easily communicate with it through the app, which is very easy to use. We set automatic feedings in the morning and night, and can also add extra portions on demand. The High Definition camera makes it very easy to see the food drop down into the bowl and we see himeating. It also sends a notification every time food is dispensed. I also appreciate the fact that it has a gravity fed water dispenser. It is sealed at the top thus has to be filled from the bottom, so other animals can’t get in it.

Working well, easy to use, peace of mind
Great feeder and peace of mind about my little love cat, when I have to leave her longer hours alone. Easy to install, easy l, user friendly app, and great feature being able to see her on video remotely and feed her extra from distance when need it. I was a bit puzzled about the water tank use, could not find any indication about that, but is easy, gravitational, keeping the water cup fresh and same level always. Only thing I could not figure out was how to increase the volume of may “feeding call”, but she seems ok with that. Good price for the functionality, quality and size. I scheduled feeding time one portion x4, enough for the day. I would recommend it.

Best Investment for Consistent Feedings
Consistently a great product. Better than expected. Product arrived well-packaged and boxed in the most elaborate bubble wrap and protection. The product is also well-made. I do wish the measurements were in ounces and not liters and millileters as labeled on the front of the food and water holders, but we don’t measure anything, and the lettering and design are very nice. It is not a bother. Patience was important while setting up as this is a video model, so wifi and adequate food dispensed portions were important. It is very quiet. You only hear when the food is dispensed (and a slight click if there is motion in front of the camera), and you can choose whether ot not to receive a notication that the scheduled feeding was successful. We purchased D size batteries for the battery backup option for power outage (3 are needed) but not necessary. The app was somewhat challenging to understand. A couple of pictures are attached to help you.The dry food reservoir uses power (water tank does not, it is gravity fed). “P” is for Portion (Not PM, as in the time of day). Our elderly cat eats small portions often during the day, and when testing out the portion size, it was best we scheduled 1P out of the options up to 15P, yes 15Portions (So 1 portion was the smallest). And since this is the lowest size portion, we scheduled more often through the day and night. Our food is a smaller kibble size, so even if your kibble is bigger, it will only let out the same size portion as small kibble (so, example, it is about 1 or 2 oz a Portion I would guess, so same ounces whatever the size of kibble.) Water tank Note: Clean and sanitize upon receiving and let dry thoroughly; we thought we did that, then the water was foul, and the cat wouldn’t drink it. So, we re-did all the cleaning and drying and used filtered water. No problems after.App was a bit confising as it is an app meant for all kinds of appliances and products to add for a smart home. We just have this one product that needed this app, so give yourself time to read the included instructions on how to add your camera feeder and which category it is in. Reading the enclosed directions really matters. Like the food dispensing choices(makes it easy to change any food times or numbers of portions and to even add extra feedings remotelyl), once you get it learned, it is very simple. Camera is great. Can watch kitty eat and see how much food and water there is. Would appreciate if the camera angle was wide angle versus vertical, but it still works. We turned the sound and motion off and just use it to view at leisure and see how much has been eaten. You can easily press a button on the app to feed instantly another portion remotely. Food and water trays are thoughtfully designed and easy to remove and clean.

We were a little hesitant to purchase for our small dog because the description said it is for cats. The description should include for small dogs too as it works great for our dog. We love because it is programmed to deliver the same quantity of food at specifics times throughout the day. We programmed it to deliver food 4 times a day. It also has a recording feature which we set up to announce the food is ready. Our dog hears that voice command and races to the food. This feature will control your animal’s weight. The water tank works perfect also. We occasionally will add ice cubes to the water which she loves to chew on. You can connect to your Wi-Fi via an app to set up the camera which enables you to view your animal eating. We can also talk live to our dog from anywhere which is a great feature that we use. It also has a recording feature. Highly recommend.
