Does work, every dog handles it differently
My German Shepherd has adapted to these really quickly. The first day he looked, by all accounts, almost high lol – he was staring off into space, and looked more derpy than usual with his tongue hanging out the side of his mouth with his lips curled up over his teeth – he had never done this! lol. The next day he was simply just calmer and less excited when we were out. Alert, but not hyper alert. It seems to be taking the edge off his excited alert brain, so he doesn’t bark at every dog he sees as he wants to play. He has just started doing that due to being overly excited, and it was very obnoxious. When I say too much barking – it was about 3x his usual German shepherd barking. He’s not the most chatty Shep, but definitely more on the vocal side than many. This was a lot more – but after giving him these, he’s back under the excessive barking line, and is more likely to stop the first time commanded. Even when distractions of other barking dogs are nearby. The other dogs just take their excitement down a notch. I only am giving it 4 stars, as another friend seems to think her dog got worse on them not more calm – so I may update. The ingredients are good, and it’s made in the USA. 🇺🇸 I hope that the cumulative effect these are supposed to have only improves the ability of our GSD to focus and be less ADD. So far, I give it 👍

Gimmick.
I see zero difference in my dog. I gave half the dose like recommended. And then when I didn’t notice a difference I gave the remaining does for his size… and nothing. Very let down. I was excited to think I would have something that could calm down my dog son since everyday he’s flying off the handle with energy in the house.

Didn’t really work for my dog
Didn’t really calm him, but he’s a corgi.Ate them at first, but then needed some peanut butter. Maybe he just likes freaking out during thunderstorms and fireworks.

These were miracle workers on the 4th!
Every year my dog is traumatized by the 4th of July and the lead up to it. This year, we ordered these chews. They really helped with her anxiety and stress levels. She seems to love the taste, and there haven’t been any negative side effects. Definitely recommend them for anxious dogs.
