It works amazingly — if you use enough
Well, folks, it works. This review is a bit embarrassing to write, but it might help others in my predicament, so I’m swallowing any remaining pride and facing my shame. If you, like me, turn out to be a thoroughly stinky individual, you might notice after the first treatment that the treated area smells WORSE; counterintuitively, this just means you need to spray more. Saturate it, let it sit for a while (and, hey…maybe take a shower while you wait?), and repeat the process until the odor is finally gone. Have faith that it will happen eventually.This product helped me revive a comfortable sweater-blazer that I’d had to retire to Zoom-calls-only status after it “developed” a permanent odor; washing it (even with other odor-focused laundry treatments) did nothing. At that point, I still had enough self-respect to assume it was just the fabric dye breaking down. But I was wrong. Fast-forward to finding this product. I gave my old blazer a spritz and actually gagged from the resulting odor. But after noticing that it did seem to have been effective on other clothing that I’d sprayed more fully, I began to realize that the source of the stench was not the product itself; rather, it seemed to be the byproduct of it breaking down my own personal fragrance. That’s right, folks…the source of the stench was me and my formidable BO. Approximately four VERY thorough treatments later, my blazer is wearable in public again. No damage, no funky odor. Needless to say, I will be incorporating this product into my laundry routine more often to prevent future stink buildup.As other reviewers have noted, it did leave behind a faint bleach-like smell. But it’s barely noticeable (even though chemical smells usually give me a headache, this one hasn’t bothered me). And it’s definitely not actual bleach, because the blazer is still as black as ever. Also, this is after multiple rounds of laying it on thick, so it may neutralize with more normal treatment and washing.Basically, zero regrets. Sweat happens, but stink doesn’t have to.

Works great but plan ahead
This works, but you pretty much need to “prep” with this. This isn’t what you use when relatives are about to arrive. I have dogs, and they can make couches and things get that “unfresh smell”. So I use this. Once you spray it, expect a scent of chlorine for several hours. After that, it’s fine and everything is refreshed. Based on that, I will spray my couches before I got to bed so it can do its magic while I’m asleep. This has not stained my furniture or anything like that.

Zero Odor odor eliminator is AMAZING!!!! It’s Especially used at our house when our golden retriever gets excited and expels his anal gland smell! (No perfume covers that up as well as this Zero Odor spray does!!!!!)We’ve tried every kind f air freshener, too, and Zero Odor is best at our house for dog’s anal gland invasions! LOL!

Great product. Poor packaging.
The best odor eliminator on the market, but the worst spray bottle imaginable. The product isn’t cheap, but worth every dollar, so it’s disappointing when the bottles alway leak or don’t spray.

Recomiendo este producto. Al principio huele un poco a lejía y luego a nada. A mí me da la sensación de que refresca y quita olores al instante, aunque no sé cuánto duraría el efecto en algo muy maloliente en casa por ejemplo. Lo uso sobre todo en ropa o zonas del suelo cerca de donde tengo los areneros de mis gatos.

This is a true odour remover with no after affects. I have been using this for years. I work with animals, and it removes all smells associated with the fur babies. Not harmful either.Best of its kind !
