6pcs Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set
I purchased the 6pcs Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set (white and grey), Black Friday Weekend, prior to my Rotator Cuff surgery. The grey set only comes in 4 pcs. which was not enough pillows for me. When I unboxed the set, I left the pillows sitting out for 3 days to ensure they completed expanded to normal size. I was pleasantly surprised that the pillows did not smell like a warehouse. None the less, I did decide to wash the covers. There are no washing or care instructions for the pillow protectors, therefore, I chose to wash on gentle cycle and dry low heat. I washed them by themselves as I did not want anything to happen to the protectors. I did a little searching on Amazon and Google and found that no one sells extra protectors nor covers for the pillows. I do understand why no covers, the anti-slip portion of the protectors. They would be covered and useless in a pillowcase.I used a modified version of setup number 8, using the second half circle for lumbar support. I used this setup for about 8 weeks after surgery. The large half-moon pillow did slide when getting into bed, and a little during the night. Most of the pillows held up to the stress. I did find a little uneven pressure on the pillow I used for legs. This may have been from how I got into position at night and/or my one leg being heavier when I sleep. I believe I washed the protectors a total of 5 times (including initial out of the box and final before vacuum sealing the cushions). Overall, the covers did stand up well, even with the slip setup I had to sleep in after surgery. There was some pillowing on the lumbar pillow from the sling and the leg pillow from friction. I currently do not see myself using these for the rest of my recovery but will store in the event I need for future use.The 2 vacuum seal bags that come with the set had no instructions on use. Though I had previously never used a vacuum seal bag I knew the principle. The bags feel flimsy to me. I was concerned I would rip the bags while getting the pillows into them. I put all the half circle pillows (3) in one bag and the other pillows (3) in the other bag. The sealing clips gave me a little trouble and one popped off (but was easily put back on once I found it). I was able to remove all the air with my vacuum cleaner. Be careful when screwing the cap back onto the bag as even light pressure on the ‘nozzle’ portion of the bag can let some air in. I do like how small the pillows get in the vacuum seal bags when you get all the air out. I am hopeful they will store well in bottom of my closet. Time will tell.Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The 6pcs Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow Set did a good. I would definitely suggest to friends to consider the set.

Worth thr cost
Sturdy, well constructed, comfortable, and easy to rearrange. Covers.come off easily to clean.

Of little use
Can’t use multiple pieces together because they move when you move. When in pain after lower back surgery, I found the recliner more useful than the wedge pillow. When not in use, it takes lots of storage space.

Good choice
Bought this set after my double mastectomy, when I was relegated to sleeping only face-up for three months of recovery. Did not need to use all the pieces, but was grateful they were available should the need arise. Comfortable, easy to adjust and the side-arm ones kept me in-line when I was able to move to side-sleeping.
