This book is awesome!
Don’t hesitate to get this book. I purchased it as a used books for I think it was $3.99. It was brand new and perfect – no marks, the spine hadn’t been broken, the cover was perfectly in tact looked brand new. I immediately flipped through. Recipes galore, everything for one pot, crockpot, dutch oven, roasting pan, you name it. From chicken to veal to pork to beef to vegeterian even desserts. I’m wowed! I made one of the pork chop recipes that is now one of my hubby’s favorites – so I named it Carl’s Chops (cannot remember the real name). Made the chicken recipe on the cover too – delicious. We’re not dessert people so we haven’t tried any of the desserts, but I tell you this is a great cookbook to add to your collection, especially if you like only using one pot, and even better if your on a diet or trying to eat healthier. Everything, roasting to my favorite kitchen applice my crockpot to a dutch oven. Prep, put into the pot, and cook – that simple. The ingredients are simple too. Easy and delicious. Get it! Three of my girlfriends have already. All three of us buying a used version, that was actually in perfect condition.

LOVE THIS BOOK! ALL CAPS FOR EXCITEMENT :)!!
This book needs more reviews- it is ABSOLUTELY worth the $. The recipes are affordable and easy to make.I have a bunch of cookbooks that I love but I think this might be my alltime favorite.First… REAL ingredients. By that I mean you can run to your local grocery to get them. There’s a few “fancy” things in here but the VAST majority of the book is “doable” for the average person living in the “average” town. That is very attractive to me in a cookbook… with kids, a hungry husband and a hungry friend that is always here that’s a big bonus!Second… many are fairly simple and quick… another bonus.Third… the book is HUGE. It’s full of gorgeous photos and loads of tasty recipes. They have great seasonings and good serving sizes. I have a family of 4 + my friend so that’s 5 I’m feeding…. Tonight I made a Gumbo out of it and we all loved it. It made the house smell wonderful while we waited for it to cook in the crockpot.I’d give this book 20 stars if I could :).

Wide variety of recipes and information
I don’t have time to search for WW recipes online so I went to Amazon to see what books are available and chose this one! (Glad I did)!!I just got the book but looking through most recipes are not complicated most ingredients you would normally have in pantry / if not, planning ahead will insure you have what you need. Many pictures along the way of recipes but many do not have pictures .Gives point and servings woth break down of servings with also a “Healthy Extra” of a side dish or a little further explanation of food in the recipe! Each new chapter gives a nice explanation and helpful information of the recipes in that particular section / ranging from In a skillet,in a wok,in a saucepan, roasting pan ,casserole.slow cooker etc! I believe they will make you feel like you are not “dieting”!!!I know this will be a well used cookbook through my weight loss adventure!! Why not 5 stars ? Wished it had even more pictures of recipes !!!

The ultimate in convenience
We are already busy enough in our daily lives that people often look at me like I’m nuts when I tell them I also do Weight Watchers. “You go to a meeting?” “You weigh in front of people?” “You write down EVERYTHING you eat?” Well, yes. My dad is a Type I Diabetic with heart disease and my mom’s side have all died from cancer. So yes, I do. Which makes this One Pot Cookbook phenominal. I can get fancy with some of the recipes and others are simple and basic. None of them are complicated, though, and the ingredients are readily available at my local Farm Fresh (although not Food Lion). My kids are 4 & 5 and they too like the recipes from this book, as well as my semi-picky husband who has become far less picky over the years as he has learned that to eat, he must eat what is on the table. Therefore I like this cookbook even more because the recipes are good, they’re healthy, and it takes the guesswork out of the nutritional and PointsPlus values.

good food ideas but….
There are a number of good recipes but they are often complicated. You have to purchase odd items to make the items and may not need them again. I also cook for one. The recipes are not that easy to reduce to smaller sizes and some can not be held for other days. I would like to see recipes that are simple, taste good and remember that often the person losing weight is doing it alone. I can say there are so good recipes to expand your taste. I must admit I do not love to cook.

Great source for Weight Watcher receipes
I have the standard Weight Watchers cookbook and although informative, many of the recipes are bland. The title of this book is a bit deceiving. It includes salads, bowl meals, stirfry, instant pot, saucepan, etc. recipes. Great way to learn how to convert good recipes into lower calorie options. I have earmarked 1/4 of the book of things I want to try. I bought it used and it was in perfect condition.

Wonderful Cookbook
I bought this book for my wife for Mother’s Day. She just started Weight Watchers a week ago and I realized that we didn’t have any recipes to follow. I was a little concerned because we have to settle on the same thing for dinner, so she needed her diet friendly meals and I needed something that would hold me over. This book has a bunch of great recipes that anyone will enjoy. It doesn’t even seem like it is diet food (although I guess that is the advantage of Weigh Watchers). The meals are simple, don’t involve exotic ingredients, and have a lot of meat dishes. This is definitely not a lettuce, carrot, and grapefruit diet! This would make a great cookbook for anyone whether you are on a diet or not. I look forward to cooking these dishes!
