Feline Skin relief
Went on line to find out what I could do for my very allergic tabby’s itchy skin which made him hypersensitive to touch. I saw an online vet in a video discussing how winter household heating systems dry out our pets skins just like it does to our skin. He was not promoting this product but I zoomed in to see what he was holding in his hand as he was combing product into a dog’s fur. I typed the name of the product into Amazon search and voila- they had it; I bought it; and the cat got instant relief. He didn’t even mind the spray or odor. I sprayed it on, massaged it into his fur and skin, and brushed him gently. Within 24 hours his itchiness and hypersensitivity were gone. His fur is shiny again and he smells so clean. I loved this product for my cat. The label says it works on dogs too.

Short term relief, but ahhhh
My poor little shitzu has become the itchiest little thing. I’ve switched to grain free, no chicken food, switched out her treats which alleviated some of it. I bought the Derm-Soothe shampoo and this spray and they are really helping alot. Remember that if you switch their food it may take 6 weeks to see any results, but she is better. This spray isn’t cheap, but to see her not scratching so much sure makes me happier. I recommend this product for your itchy little buddies, it worked for mine!

Strong scent, cat hates it
My vet recommended this for my cat’s dry and flaky skin. I can’t speak to the effectives of this product, but the scent is so strong, my cat won’t let me get it near her. Note it’s not a bad scent, just super strong.

I love this product – I began using it after I bought it from my Vet’s office but then they quit carrying it. I tried looking for it under “shampoo” on line and could not find it. I was only able to find it when I went to the manufacturer’s web site on the back of the bottle. That then redirected me to Amazon where I was able to purchase it.I absolutely love this product! I have schnauzers and their skin is sensitive and dry. This leaves their coat shiny, silky, NOT sticky and the best smell ever – not like a “dog” perfume, just a wonderful clean smell. Please make this stuff more visible in web searches. It is really hard to find!

Smooth, but smelly.
The smell is incredibly strong and I’m not a fan of the fragrance that was chosen. That smell sticks around for a LONG time when applied to dry hair/fur. It honestly gives me a bad headache.That being said, I’ve begun to use this as a conditioner for my little schnoodle. His hair is incredibly thick and course and he has dry, flakey skin. Applying this right after I’ve given him a bath, while he’s still wet, is perfect. As he dries, the smell fades easily, leaving him incredibly soft. I’ve also noticed his dandruff has gone down substantially.If you don’t mind the smell, this is a great product whether wet or dry. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, use purely when wet.

More Like Perfume Spray For Dogs
This Product is Highly Scented, too scented to be called an anti-Itch spray for dogs. You will not want to put this on a dog that is itching, have sensitive skin or any dog that needs to breathe. You may also not want to use it around humans who need to breath. We bought it for our yorkie with sensitive skin, it made his hair look and feel great. Beautiful shine, soft, easy to comb. After about hour we decided we needed to bath him. He couldn’t breathe, we couldn’t breathe. We ended up bathing him and giving him some allergy medication and a few family members including myself had to take allergy med. It was not a good experience. I was very disappointed with the product. I have no idea what the manufacturer was thinking when they decided to throw a bottle of perfume into an anti-itch product but I will not purchase it again.

My elderly cat has FHS (Feline Hyperesthesia) who developed it after having a bad reaction to cat food and also having dry skin. We switched her food to blue buffalo, and after 2 weeks of her eating her knew food she was still having a small reaction. The vet suggested steroid shots, and after doing research, I decided I did not want this for her. The vet then advised us to try this. We’ve been using this for about a month now and she’s looking so much better and she isn’t scratching herself anymore. Steroids were my last resort and now I don’t have to put her through those horrible shots thanks to this product!

It arrived one week early and has a taped seal over the top. — I used this years ago on my Staffordshire. Her coat was very dry from sun in the Summer and the cold in the Winter (even with a good coat). I would spray some into my hands (which also warms it) and rub it on her coat and she just loved it. Coat became soft and moist (along with the skin). This was over a decade ago (she has since passed on). I now have 2 cats, and ordered it, hoping the formula hadn’t changed, and it hasn’t! One cat has a simple dry coat and the other has dandruff which is much worse than dander. One of my cats ran after he felt “wet” but then came back within seconds because it obviously felt good! and he let me do more. It has a sweet smell, dries quickly, and works wonders. It can be used as often as needed. I highly recommend it.
