Glad I measured, the bed is spacious. I went with the large and it’s plenty big enough for my 97lb Bernese puppy (for now). And the support seems good. I was thinking might be more of a memory form support; but it’s still good.

Firm and comfortable. My boy loves it. The first night he came home from surgery, I laid down with him and ended up falling asleep. It was big enough for myself and my 130lb Rotti to sleep comfortably all night

Big Dog Approved
Perfect Fit for a 54” Crate. It’s a very thick memory foam mattress. The cover is machine washable and line dry. The pictures are after I washed the cover. It’s very comfortable, our great dane loves it for her sleepy bed. The cover is sewn well and should last a long time. I cover the bed with an additional sheet and mattress pad to keep down on the number of washes. It’s a great value for the comfort the dog has! It also has a handle for convenience.

Good for joint issues, but the selling company is awful
I have a 13yo German Shepard with hip dysplasia and worsening neuropathy in palliative care. She needed a new main bed (she has several orthopedic ones in the house in each room) with a waterproof liner because she’s starting to have accidents some. That’s why I picked this one, for her joints and practical function for palliative care. The bed base is very nice, supports joints well. **The back rest on the two sides is pointless, serves no function unfortunately. It would have been helpful for her. **And it’s hard for her to step onto because it’s so thick and she has hip problems********My biggest problem is the handling of the order.* I’ve had to order THREE times because the first time they sent the wrong size and color. The second time they sent the wrong size. There are only two sizes and colors! I HOPE I get the right one in a couple of days because she needs the bigger size. And it makes me pack each one up again after it’s inflated already, and bring it to UPS. It’s honestly so frustrating. I’ve never had this happen numerous times with one company. >:(Summary:+Great for senior dogs with joint issues in general, which is hard to find and the only reason I’m keeping it-It’s hard for her to step onto because it’s so thick and she has hip problems-Back rest does nothing :(-I really wish I could order from a different company!*****update they sent the wrong one a third time! That’s the giant boxes I have to lug to ups. Going to complain to the company at the point!****

Comfy, but not good for diggers
These are quite nice looking, and are super soft and comfortable, but they definitely do not hold up against any level of digging. I’m ordering again because my Great Dane digs like a mofo (at night when I’m not around to stop him), so if I have to replace his bed so much it might as well be an inexpensive one. I didn’t expect this to be dig proof by any stretch of the imagination, but I had hoped it would hold up longer than it did. I think this may have been some of his quickest work.

Divine Comfort and Support, Extremely High Quality Bed
This dog bed is absolutely divine!! I am 5’2″. I took it out of the package, and it turns out I twisted my back this morning so I thought when it was out in the yard, I will just lay down on it and try it. This bed has incredible support and is so soft and comfortable I wanted to stay on it to lay in the sun in the yard. I want one for myself! The L shaped head rest is soft, plush and comfortable and such a thoughtful addition to the design of this bed. My dog loves to have his head raised and he is a pampered pooch without question to have this bed.The VEEHOO Orthopedic bed is absolutely perfect for a senior dog with orthopedic issues. It is an exceptionally high-quality and versatile orthopedic bed. It is great for people too, though maybe a bit short for most, to lie down on the floor to watch television. It is a great mat/bed for kids. When I laid down on it diagonally, I fit on the bed. So, this bed is incredibly large and great for a large dog. I couldn’t try it with my dog yet because he dove into some mess on my property yesterday and I need to bath him so not to get the bed dirty, not yet anyway when it is brand new out of the box. With that said, this has a removable cover, so it is easy to wash. As well, it has a waterproof layer, and I don’t have to worry my dog will ruin the bed when he gets wet in the rain.I am extremely happy with the VEEHOO Orthopedic dog bed, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Big, fluffy, great color! Our dogs favorite bed now.
This bed was obviously made for a big dog. We don’t have a big dog, we have 3 Shih Tzus. While they certainly think they are big dogs, they are only 15-19 lbs. But they will share the bed and they frequently fill it with toys too. This has easily become their favorite bed. They love to sleep with their head propped up and against something. The roll on the two sides make a perfect pillow to lay against. The bed is plush and soft. The color is a wonderful shade of grey that will look good with almost any color.The bed comes fully assembled, compressed and rolled up tight. It takes several hours for it to fully decompress and reach its maximum fluffiness. I appreciated that the bed was fully assembled when it arrived. Importantly, the cover is zippered and removable so it can be washed. That’s pretty important for a dog bed.
