Gets rid of stain and odors.
This product works and works exceptionally well! If directions are followed, anyone should be happy with the results. In my particular case, the product virtually restored a badly stained carpet. The fragrance can be a bit heavy, but it’s worth putting up with for the results. I will continue to have this in the house as long as I have dogs or dogs that visit.

Effective pet product
I have an 15 year old beagle and he just can’t hold his bladder like he use to. When he has an accident I use this to clean up the odor off the wood floors. Sometimes I apply a light spray a second time, just to be sure. At first there is a chemical smell from the product, but after the 2nd day, no odor is left and my other younger dog does not even notice where the accident happened. I have used this product for all the many years that I have had dogs, both puppies and older pets.

it doest get rid of the stain, but it reduces the smell by alot. maybe it works good on newer stains but for old ones, i think this product sucks.

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!!
First of all, I received this the day after I ordered it with 2-day prime shipping. Second of all, I had my skepticism about how well this was going to work. Day one, intense dog pee smell in our stairwell from the previous tenant. Day two, smells like cleaner. Day three, doesn’t really smell like anything.Really, I’m quite impressed, because the dog pee had gone through to the floorboards, and new padding and carpet had been laid down over top of it. Amazing product.

This works quite well on non-porous surfaces such s vinyl and laminates. But it works quite a bit less well on carpets and not bad at all on throw rugs. But when you add the thickness of a carpet backing and that pad beneath a carpet, it works considerably less well. In fact, I found another product that works so well (with a price to match, but it’s worth it), that once it dries you can actually stick your nose right to the carpet and you won’t smell the offense. Really! That comparison makes this product entirely useless to me, though if it’s all you can afford, it certainly is better than no treatment at all.

Completely unsatisfied
I have bought this product from another retailer and was completely satisfied, but this is not the same product that’s shown in the picture. Brand name appears the same but is not. Does not work. And smells worse than the urine it is supposed to neutralize.

Does what it meant for!
This product was recommended by our dog trainer as our dog has big time habit of having accidents inside the house, or declaring her territory as per the trainer. We got this product and used it right away using the stain detector light that I bought. It made the stains disappear. Not sure if my dog still is able to sniff the remnant or if it’s all gone, as she still continues to find new spots to declare her territory :). The product works very well.

Great value for money. We were getting the small bottles, and they were gone within a week. We are still potty training our dog, and sometimes he has accidents on the carpet. this not only removes the marking, but the after smell is great. I’d advise that if you’re really sensitive to aromas, this might feel a little harsh.

It certainly helps to clean the carpet but be mindful that you should flush some water through the carpet after this stuff has done its job. If you leave it directly on the carpet you may find noticeable marks left over.

Looking after a friends pooch and she will insist on going to the toilet in the alfresco area. Have concrete pavers and thought it would be perfect to use to try and make her go in the garden, no such luck. It just did not work for me. Maybe because it was outside but could not smell anything but it did not deter her going on the carpet square under the garden furniture or on the concrete pavers, just about used it all in a week
