Extremely effective!
IT WORKS!!!!! My dog had a few weeks of incontinence and we struggled to get the stains and odor out, to no avail. The ridiculously expensive formula we tried first only spread the stain. This stuff not only completely removed the odor, but cleared the stain as well, WITHOUT SCRUBBING! Highly recommend!

I used to sell this when I was in veterinary, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, sales distribution. I was already familiar with it and knew it worked. Love it . I use it for my deck. My dog gets lazy and walks off the deck just enough to get to the bottom of it but then pee pees on the bottom railing!!! Lol Forget the giant fenced in yard . Anyway, I cannot stand sitting on the deck and smelling urine.. I was holding it off on buying anything new and just washing it down with Lysol spray and remembered this product I used to sell . Urine off. It took the smell away in one application . In fact it’s lasted weeks after! He goes a few times in between me spaying too. The product encapsulates the molecule. It doesn’t just cover up the smell. It illuminates it. There is a black light that is amazing for identifying where the urine is on all surfaces inside or outside .

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I really liked it because it worked and I could tell right away. The scent was mild and pleasant. I tried just about every product on the market and my Veterinarian recommended this one. Thanks to Rocklin Ranch Vet!

Really did remove the stain –
Leaves a fragrance, but it disapates and it really did remove pet stains, even from the back of the carpet. Though it did require repeat application. I would buy it again.

Spray nozzle leaks
Spray nozzle spins and leaks and cannot be tightened to prevent those from happening! I’ve used the product before and it works great to remove pet stains and odors but the sprayer is faulty!
