Truly Works
We have been trying to get mildew smell out of the studio connected to the carport forever. We’ve pulled up carpet, aired out, scrubbed floor with bleach yet the smell stuck around. We used this product and the smell was gone within the first few days.

The scent fades away within a week
I manage a dog rescue and was genuinely thrilled about this product. I’m constantly seeking new solutions to enhance our space; despite our best efforts to maintain cleanliness, the presence of several dogs often results in an odor that’s difficult to manage. Initially, for the first two days, this item performed wonderfully, and it felt like it was making a significant difference. However, by day five, it lost its effectiveness entirely—there was hardly any scent control left, which was quite disheartening. Regrettably, I can definitely say it was not worth the forty-dollar price tag.

I live in the north west so we get a lot of moisture here and I use it my laundry room and I find it to be very helpful in keeping the moisture down in there. I like the fragrance. All right, let’s go come on. Come on. OK. It lasts really well compared to the stuff that we’ve had in the past.

Works but not as advertised
Okay, so the whole process – I purchased due to litterboxes in the basement and just some general mustiness. It’s kept clean down there but there were lingering odors. Opened this and put it very close to the litterboxes. After a week there was no difference at all, and the gel didn’t look like it was changing or absorbing anything.So I moved it actually further away and in the path of a box fan, and wow did it work! The scent was nice but not overwhelming, and you just got a sense of freshness when you went in the basement. No more bad odors at all.BUT – then it only lasted 3 more weeks. It’s completely done now and it’s only been 35 days since I ordered it. For the price this definitely isn’t good.I may actually order another one and see if I can’t split the difference between still air and a breeze. I’ll update if it works.***UPDATE*** I ended up ordering 3 more on Amazon and then 2 more from another store, thinking it could just be the supplier here. It’s the product unfortunately. There is just no consistency, they lasted anywhere from 2 weeks to 5 weeks before they completely shriveled up. Absolutely never came near a 90 day mark. A couple absorbed odor with no scent, a couple were overwhelmingly scented and just seemed to mask odors. Guess it depends on where they were in the production batch. I ended up purchasing an ozone generator that I use a couple of times a month which has more consistent results and just made more financial sense after spending over 200 on these.

Highly recommend for the sensitive nose
I first purchased several of these bucket-size odor removers at a discount store. They were heavily discounted and I thought I would give them a try. I placed one behind a wood-carved statue in my home and another upstairs near my cat box. The usual musty smells I would get upon entering my home were gone within a few weeks, and my upstairs was smell-free too. I purchased a few of these on Amazon, fragrance-free, for use after hot tar mopping that was recently done. There is no smell of tar in our home, and I largely attribute that to this product. I do not recommend the small jars; they do not get the job done. The gallon bucket works wonders. * I am highly sensitive to synthetic odors and can not tolerate strong scents. Odor Begone, even in the scented, is not harsh.

I have been very happy with this product. I did end up buying more than one for the same room and it takes about 3 to 5 days to make a difference, but it truly made a difference for cigarette smoke and animal urine

Never again!
I like the scent of this stuff. However, the only time it is noticeable is when the bucket it comes in is opened. After 4 days of use, I have noticed no difference in the odors of the space it is supposed to be working & don’t even get a scent of it either.After a month of use, I have decided to add to my review. The product does seem to be taking odors out, it does not work immediately, but with time it has helped greatly. I still do not smell it’s own scent, but thats OK with me. I do like the fact that it is safe around animals. I will likely buy the product again as it is the only one of its kind that I have been able to find is made in the USA. Needed to add, when the second order was sent, it arrived open in a damaged box. The contents of the bucket had spilled into the box, over another item I received in the same box. Since the item was opened inside the box, it’s fragrance was very noticeable throughout the office my order was delivered too. Due to the fact that this stuff is heavy, I cannot return it so I am going to keep it BUT it will be the last time I order it. There is no way the lid would have come off during shipping if it had been properly closed to begin with.

I was expecting this to be a lot stronger.My and both my sons had to get really close before we coukd smell it.I put it in a small cupboard and it had the same effect as a typical small gel freshner.Put it in my open plan living/dining area with no effect at all.No value for money in my opinion
