Hoping This Makes a Big Difference
I ordered this probiotic powder for my senior dog and I’m really hopeful it will help with some of the digestive issues and occasional itching she’s been dealing with. The beef flavor is a big plus—she didn’t hesitate at all when I mixed it into his food, which is already a win with an older, picky eater.The powder blends in easily, and I appreciate that it’s formulated specifically for senior dogs. I’m giving it daily and keeping an eye on her gut health and skin to see how he responds.So far, things are looking promising, and I’ll update later once ahe’s been on it longer. For now, this feels like a great product with a lot of potential to help her feel better.

My 2 dogs love this stuff, and I’m hoping it does them good.
I have a small, 10lb chihuahua mix and a bigger, 50lb pit mix. They can both be a bit picky at times with food, but they both seem to really like this stuff, and they end up nearly cleaning their bowls. I’ve been feeding them this for a few days now and have not noticed any side effects. Both dogs are a bit older, so I’m hoping this stuff helps them in some way. The bigger guy has been to the vet lately for some skin issues, and this product claims to help with that, so I’m hoping for the best.

Great Ingredients, Poor Value
👎 advertised as “30 servings” but the number of servings depends on the size of the dog(s). I have 2 large dogs and giving this as directed to just one dog (95 lbs), means she needs 1.5 scoops per day. That’s 3g from a 60g bottle👎 For larger dogs, this is just 20 servings and costs nearly $40 or $60 per month. In terms of value, taken as suggested, to compare the price of this to similar supplements is all but impossible since it’s not just one ingredient, but several. It’s easy to compare the cost of beets to beets or garlic to garlic, but the more ingredients you add, the less likely you are going to find a suitable comparison. So, instead of comparing apples to apples you’re now comparing apples and oranges and kiwi to apples bananas and grapes.👍 Ingredients are all probiotics, which I like👎 plastic bottle👎More expensive than most brands, even though I never heard of this brandIt surprises how often people review supplements, either touting their efficacy or berating the lack thereof, as if there were some objective result that you could look at and say I took these pills or capsules or whatever and now I’m 10 inches taller or I have a full head of hair when last week I was bald. But they do. I don’t. The key really is the word itself – “supplement.” These are not medication or magic beans, not this supplement nor any other. So, I try them and I hope that maybe they’ll help, hope they won’t make things worse, but I’m never sure if this is the cause of anything, good or bad, when it is such a small part of the equation, which also, for me and everyone, includes other supplements, meds, when, what, how you eat, sleep, stress, exercise, even weather and interpersonal relationships and myriad other things.I ordered this because while far from being a proven supplement, there is a lot of evidence as to the benefits of probiotics, for people as well as dogs. If even a fraction of the promised benefits are real, it’s well worth trying.★★★ mainly reflects the lack of value, rather than the ingredients, which are fantastic, in my option. But you can get them for much less.

Helpful for Senior Dogs

Seems to work ok
First thing for me is to ensure it won’t make my dog sick. So far, so good. Add a scoop to breakfast and she eats it right up. Since she is a German Shepherd, having good gut flora helps with itchy skin and yeast. This power has a good blend of probiotics. I’d recommend it.
