Easy use, good locking mechanism.
This product is very nice to have, the leash hasn’t gotten tangled once since I’ve had it. It is super easy to use, and it’s perfect for small dogs. The locking mechanism is fantastic and lets me lock the leash when needed. The locking feature has been great with our excited small boy and keeps him from running off or following other people on our walks.

Not great if your dog pulls you
I loved the leash at first but after having it for less than a week it broke. It stopped retracting and I’m not sure if it’s because my dog likes to pull but she’s only 11 pounds so i didn’t expect it to break. Overall i loved the leash it really improved my dogs walking and it allows her to run freely but under my control.

This is a snappy little leash. It feels like the mechanism for the letting leash in/out has a tighter spring which is a good thing for longevity. Granted all these type leashes break w/in the year but it feels firm

Good fit for a small hand
Does exactly what I wanted at a great price break point. The brake part is a little trigger-happy, as you have to be careful not to push the stop button. It is really made for small hands, like mine, being a 5 ft female.

Introducing the LIEVUIKEN Retractable Dog Leash – a promise of freedom and comfort with a telescopic tape that extends up to 10/16 feet. Sounds ideal, right? Well, let’s dig into my thoughts.First things first, pay close attention to the weight limit. In my experience, the leash didn’t live up to expectations. It barely lasted three days with my son’s nearly 45 lb pup. Granted, she’s a spirited, untrained pup, but the retraction mechanism couldn’t handle her energy.While the leash itself is sturdy, and the handle feels great, the retraction part fell short. I wouldn’t recommend it for bigger dogs, especially if they tend to pull. Maybe suitable for smaller, well-behaved pets, but I wouldn’t push the limits here. Proceed with caution and keep a tight leash on those expectations!

This was a very good product. It’s nicely made the thickness was durable after a few times using it. It became worn out. It’s easy to use safe. It began to get stuck inside the chamber where the excess rope comes out once my dog took off. It got dragged a couple of times on the floor. It popped open and after that, it was game over

Get what you pay for. Works alright for a cheap leash, but the lock mechanism made me worry every time I tried to engage it. It didn’t want to engage very smoothly and it sounds like it’s a plastic mechanism In there that could have a gear grind down. Wasn’t comfortable in the hand. Returned it and went for another brand that was much better
