Great option
Works great. My cats had no problem with the litter at all.I switched from Pretty Litter. This is not nearly as fancy or pretty or whatever, but it does the same job. Still changes colors. Great odor control. 2 more pounds than pretty litter for half the price per package. I’m buying 4 for $60 whenever it goes on sale and I just stockpile them. I have 2 cats and 2 litter boxes. Change the main litter box that my kitties share every 2 weeks and then the secondary box which is hardly used, I change as needed. Typically once a month. I could likely let both litter boxes go longer but I like to keep it clean.For all the things you need it to do, it does a comparable job if not better job to Pretty Litter. For all the extra bells and whistles, which isn’t much, its good enough that you won’t miss what Pretty Litter offers.

Great cat litter option
Great cat litter. Similar to another brand I use, but cheaper when I need a less expensive option. It’s lightweight, but works like litter that would weigh more in a similar amount. It helps control odor and is easy to clean out and stir. It lasts longer than the other brands and versions. It arrived very quick and I would definitely recommend it.

Quality and price at its best
This is a GOD SEND… I’ve been purchasing Pretty Li×@er for over a yr now at 30 dollars a bag for 8 pounds… which can get quite pricey with 2 cats and 3 litter boxes…i was spending 180 a month. Then I discovered Tidy Care Alert… not only is it a fraction of the cost, but it also works just as good, if not better. Don’t let Martha fool you like I did… this is a far more superior product at half the price…GRAB IT NOW, YOUR CATS AND BUDGET WILL THANK YOU.

Urinary health monitoring litter
We were strictly pretty litter for years due to health issues in one of my cats. They are also very picky and don’t like the way they classic litter. Finding this slightly less expensive version of the same thing has bGeen great. I have it on auto ship which saves me a little bit more. This litter does not clump. One bag lasts one month for two cats. You do have to follow the directions though, daily scooping of poop is important and then you need to swirl it all around and mix the peed spots all back in with the rest really well and then it evaporates. If you do that there is never a smell. It takes a lot of neglect for it to get smelly. If you’re not going to mix the litter around you might as well just stick with the regular kind. My cat gets crystals really easily and this litter has saved us quite a few extremely crazy vet bills. The litter will turn red if your cat is in danger of developing or already has crystals. The sooner you know the better, once it’s an emergency is can cost up to $6k at the emergency vet. Highly recommend for cats with or without known urinary issues.

Quantity jipped & messy
I ordered a 4 pack & only received 2 bags. It did say that items may be shipped separately but when I try to check when I will receive the 2nd shipment, it just shows as delivered. I feel that was a rip off.The color changing part does work but the litter makes more of a mess than regular litter but you can’t see it, you can just feel it on hard floors. Also, the smell reminds me of a hamster or guinea pig cage. Will not buy again.

My favorite litter ever!
The best litter ever made! The price is right. Much cheaper than those other name brands of this same type of health monitoring litter. More ounces in the bag than the more expensive one I was buying at first. My cats took to it right away. It doesn’t smell. It’s a game changer in the litter box. I wish this type of litter had been invented 20 years ago!

Not like the original mix.
I’ve been using this brand and style of litter for over two years. They changed the formula. It now has black specks in it which track from her paws. The original version didn’t have them nor get stuck in her paws.I dislike it enough that I am currently searching for a new litter brand.Why did they change the mix? Didn’t need any tweaking.

Just as good as Pretty Litter, but costs a bit less. The bag is a bit bigger too; 8 lbs compared to 6 lbs. Clumping of solid waste is excellent. Wet waste is the same as Pretty litter; sludgy and colour changing. Must mix it in daily with the remaining litter to re-distribute the crystals. Minor dust when removing pet waste- removed a star for that.

I’m happy I bought Purina Tidy Cats Tidy Care Alert Crystal Cat Litter because my cats love it—but I’m not happy that Amazon sent me the U.S. version instead of the Canadian one. Amazon carries both, and the Canadian version is not only the correct market product but also less expensive. Amazon promoted the American one, so buyer beware.
