Nice vitamin and mineral package
These methylated multivitamins are easy to take with no taste or smell. They do not upset my stomach or give me any other side effects. I like how this is the methylated version of the ingredients, but with that said, I have not felt a difference, either good or bad. It’s one of those things that you can’t really tell unless you have blood tests done before and during taking these. I do feel that most people are vitamin-deficient in some way; that’s why I take multivitamins. I’ll continue to take these mainly because I like the possibility of better absorption. It would be nice if you only had to take one per serving, but that’s not a huge deal.

This one definitely checks all the boxes for presentation and trust.Now for the good part, the formula. This Pure Methylated Multivitamin for Men is loaded with 30 nutrients and superfoods, but what sold me (and keeps me coming back) is that it’s fully methylated, especially the vitamin B6 (P5P) form. I refuse to take vitamins any other way now, methylated or none at all.Most people don’t realize that the wrong form of B6 (like pyridoxine hydrochloride, the synthetic stuff made from petroleum and formaldehyde) can actually cause B6 deficiency symptoms instead of fixing them.This one uses the right form, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, which is what your body actually uses.That’s huge because vitamin B6 helps control cortisol (your stress hormone), supports serotonin production (your mood and calmness), and helps convert amino acids into glucose, keeping your blood sugar stable. Decent Vitamins!
These multivitamins are pretty much what you’d expect. They have a good mix of nutrients and the ingredient list looks clean with no unnecessary fillers. The capsules are easy enough to take and there’s no weird aftertaste.I can’t say I noticed anything dramatic, but they seem to do what they’re supposed to do. If you just want a straightforward daily vitamin with solid ingredients, these are alright.
