“Eat nearest to nature” Dr. Norman Walker is my guru of health teachings he was a doctor but never went to college instead colleges went to him and bowed before the great master of holistic nutrition and colon health!! he learned on the job with real doctors from all over the world that he made friends with and taught him first hand plus the libraries in france and italy and all over europe and america he read and knew everything ever written about health and the human body and read and spoke several languages he was a master scientist of human anatomy and physiology of the highest level he is still considered the greatest holistic nutrition expert that ever lived and will never be replaced by anyone we can only hope to copy him and promote the legacy of real life and longevity that he taught in his 8 books and 3 charts get them all my favorites are become younger and colon health this one on weight loss is fantastic and better than any diet crap book ever written this is the way of real health not a # on a scale or calorie count b.s.

Concise and to the point. If you’re serious about building a healthier you, this is a must have book.
I have been using Dr. Walkers advise and have seen a positive change in my weight and health. I have lost 14 pounds so far. I have noticed that my energy level has increased each day incrimentally. I have more flexibility, stamina and a positive attitude. I have a ways to go, but with feeling and seeing positive results each day, I am very confident that within a year, I will be a new, healthier, slender person. The instruction that Dr. Walker gives is straight to the point. If you choose to try what he suggests, you will see the power of his wisdom he shares.

Healthy eating simplified
I love this series of books. All of his work is well written and still applicable today. However, I would have loved a little more information than this book provides. So I ordered the others in his series. I love juicing and this book is mostly a juice book. For someone just starting on changing your eating habits, this is a good start. Quick and easy to read. For more detailed information on raw diets, I would recommend to collect his other books, get a good juicer, and check with your doctor to make sure you are doing the right thing for your own body.

Pure and Simple Natural Weight Control
It actually explain why we must eat live foods, due to fact our body consist of atoms and molecules which can only nourish us with live food. Foods cooked in oil decomposes including Olive oil. In order to nourish our bodies correctly we need to eat Natures food not man-made toxins. The grocery store is full of poison, that cause malnutrition. Raw vegetable juice regenerate and build the cells, raw fruit juice cleanse the body. Our digestive system rejects starches, hates sugar and despises cooded fats. The protein composing of flesh of animals, fish or fowl was obtained from the live, organic atoms in the live vegetation they were nourished with. Such flesh, at this point is a complete protein. When we eat flesh, however, we cannot use either the concentrated protein or the amino acids that compose such flesh. They must all be reduced to the atoms composing them, so that the body may reorganize these atoms to build its own amino acids and proteins. The liver is one of the most important organs in our body. To sustain natural weight control, you must eat live food.

What a great book. WE’ve all forgotten what real food is and what it means to our bodies. This goes behind the scenes to give the science of why we need real food and how destructive processed food is for us. Really common sense but in this day and age of fast food, sugars and GMO’s, this is a refreshing reminder of how to treat our bodies properly and effectively.
