Cool bag for mountaineer animal-lovers
I live in a mountainous state with deep woods, where the threat of wildfires is ever-increasing. While researching cat carriers, I came across a backpack-style option. At first, I chuckled at the idea of hiking with my cat or small dog, but then I realized how isolated my location is. I have protocols in place for my animals in various scenarios, so adding this backpack setup seemed ideal.I love the design, as it is easy to store. Setting it up is simple, and the material is durable and well-stitched. Even the mesh is of high quality with a tight weave. The straps are robust and breathable, yet padded for optimal comfort. To help my cat get accustomed to it, I placed a few toys inside. After a few short sessions, I captured how much she enjoys it.My cat is a little over a year old and weighs approximately five pounds. For fun, I also decided to see if my twenty-two-pound Shih Tzu could fit in the backpack. He was initially dubious about the small space, as he’s not used to it, but he eventually settled in and rested his chin on the edge, indicating he was just going to wait it out. I didn’t expect him to fit, but he managed to do so. He has a long body, and I usually buy him clothing designed for dachshunds. With the top open and him sitting, his head rises about three (give or take) inches above the lid.Lastly, the multiple pockets are well-designed for outdoor use. I can envision myself in my later years switching to a small breed dog and taking them on trails with me using this bag. It can hold all their necessary supplies and more.To sum it all up, this is a durable, well-designed, breathable, non-claustrophobic, easily stored, and practical carrier for a variety of pets—ranging from cats and dogs to ferrets and rescue birds. It’s a cool bag for all of us mountaineer animal-lovers!

Can I give this 100 stars?
Hands down the BEST cat carrier I have ever owned. My 2 10lb bonded pair fit inside with room for them to move around comfortably. I don’t feel like they’re bouncing when they’re on my back and walking—they feel stable and secure. THE POCKETS!!! Oh the pocket possibilities!!! And it truly is very sturdy in top—no caving in at the top that makes them feel claustrophobic. The flaps, the zippers, the snap back options to let them see out—unparalleled. Truly the best cat carrier we have ever had. I am so over the moon happy. It’s made really well, attention to detail definitely seen in how it’s made and how well it functions in the real world.My one issue is I wish the safety buckle in the inside wasn’t plastic, but metal instead. But I know how to sew—I can do that myself easy peasy, but I can see others having that piece of feedback too.Well done. Just amazing. My mom was immensely pleased as well. Couldn’t recommend it high enough.

High Quality Backpack for Travel or Emergencies
As someone living in a coastal town, I’ve been looking for a better pet carrier for storm evacuations. We’ve had scares that nearly involved evacuating on foot, and my old hard-sided carrier would have been impossible. This premium cat carrier backpack is the perfect solution.This bag is incredibly well-designed, with excellent materials and craftsmanship. The listing does a good job showing the features, but the ones that really stood out to me were the padded shoulder straps (with both chest AND waist clips for balancing weight), the reinforced bottom so my cat doesn’t sag, and the 3-sided access points that have both zippers AND clip closures, which gives me peace of mind for my little escape artist. It also has plenty of storage pockets and an anti-anxiety privacy curtain, which are great touches.I originally got this just for my emergency go-bag, but the quality is so good that I’ll be using this for all vet visits instead of our old hard-sided carrier!

My cat loves it and so do I
This carrier is amazing quality and very thoughtfully designed. It has several pouches where you can keep cat treats, toys, or even a few personal items like keys or a phone, which is super convenient. The ventilation is excellent, with mesh panels on multiple sides that keep the inside airy and comfortable!My cat went inside right away when I opened it and decided to stay there for a nap. It instantly became his new favorite spot. The interior feels soft and cozy, and the backpack itself is very comfortable to carry. The shoulder straps are padded and easy on your back, even if you carry your pet for a while.It is easy to clean, folds up nicely, and doesn’t take much space when stored. I love how sturdy yet lightweight it is, and how much safer and calmer my cat feels during trips. Solid, well-made carrier
This carrier is really well made. You can cover/close the mesh areas if you are transporting a pet say, to the vet, and they are nervous travelers. Or if you have an adventuring pet, you can open everything up via the handy tie-backs, so that your pet can see out of multiple sides while still being securely zipped up.My boyfriend loaded up one of our more adventurous cats, and he had no issues at all being carried around. He settled right down, sitting and looking curiously at everything from his new, higher perspective.I appreciate that there are straps you can tie across the front of your body (like a camping/hiking type backpack) which I feel like better distributes the weight you are carrying and helps keep you more comfortable.

Cute bag. My cats absolutely love it.
As soon as I unpacked this and put it together our kitten immediately jumped into it and was purring loudly. We’ve been working on taking her out more lately. We have a harness and leash that she’s getting used to. But this bag is for longer trips or maybe even a good hike. The bag itself is pretty well built. The style kind of reminds me of those half dome Japanese school backpacks. One side has a flap you can close. The tip has a mesh flap that zips up and a solid flap that can go over that to keep your kitten out of the weather. Cats love small dark places so this bag is perfect for them.
