Works great and calms my girl
My service dog is high energy and can be to much energy at times for me to handle alone so these help me manage that energy more along with play, exercise and mental stimulation toys. She has problems where she barks at other dogs not because she is being mean but because she is learning to great them calmly without talking due to her old owners did not teach her that. These are taken two once a day every day and when she goes up to other dogs after taking these and having a walk she is more calm and relaxed which is great. She focuses better on her tasks she helps me with. My girl also have a loud noise problem and its weird. She is only scared of some loud noises when she is near what makes it. She will not be scared when the noise is there but the thing making it is not and these really help with that. She is finally able to go past the vehicles making noises by crouching and fast walking past them with a medium pull. That is much better then when she didn’t take them where as soon as she saw the thing that was loud and cascaded her she would pull super hard, pull away and run in the opposite direction not even able to go past it ever. I love how these are chewable in hearts saying I love you. I break them up slow so she won’t swallow them whole and choke and say take your medicine and she eats them. She loves the flavor and texture. She comes running to the kitchen gate whenever I open the container knowing its yummy treat time not even thinking hmmm this is medicine even though I say take your medicine to let her know it’s medicine. Glad they smell good and not super bad because some brands people say smell so bad they have to leave them outside. Great product over all and am even gonna buy my second bottle at the end of this month.

Pet MD Calming Chews
I have purchased this product in the past, they seem to help calm my dogs. They like to eat them, so I guess they taste alright. I wish they were less expensive; I would use them more often it they were. I do recommend them; it is nice to have something that is more beneficial than just a biscuit. Once you try them on your dog, for thunder fear or other anxiety, I think you will find they are great to have on hand. Try as you might to tell your dog that everything is alright, for mine two dogs at least, this does help a lot to take the edge off and calm them.

Works well.
Bought these for my dog who tends to have separation anxiety which leads to her being destructive. So far these have worked well for us. They seem to really help her remain calm when I have to leave. I give them to her about 15 minutes before I have to leave and her destructive behaviors have improved with her separation anxiety after trying these treats.

I’ve tried it all-these work!
I’ve tried alot of things for my dog. He shakes, drools, paces all uncontrollably during rain (no thunder), but all thunder and lightning, wind storm, fireworks, earthquake. These work pretty good and keeping him calmer and not so scared during these. They do best given at minimum of 1 hr ahead of the event. For his weight it states to give him 4 chews. I started out at 2 (as i always try to start out with lower than recommended dose before jumping to max dose) and saw a lil improvement, but if its going to be a long storm i give the 4 and he passes out. He seems to like the flavor as he eats them right up. But will not eat them once an event has started, its to late by then. They make him a lil sleepy which is good. I definitely prefer using these than giving prescription meds that the vets want to use.

Helps my anxious pooch
My dog has bad separation anxiety after about an hour when I leave him. He will howl like a lonely wolf. This product seems to help him a little. He will not howl but does still make little murmuring noises instead. I’ve followed the recommended dose at this point and have not upped the dosage as you can give up to twice the dosage in a 24 hour period. I’ve thought about giving 1.5 times the dosage when I am gone for only an hour or so but have not done that yet. The product doesn’t have a heavy smell which is nice and he like the taste. He pretty much eats most anything. It costs less then $1 for the dose and I think it’s worth it since it keeps him calmer.

Hyper and barked more, visibly upset
My 10 mos old, 65 lb lab was given 2, as a safety precaution, to see if they would be safe, instead of recommended 4. 15 min. later, she became visibly upset, barking at the door, as if sensing someone was there. Checked twice, to make her feel better, to no avail. Gave her the second two, and when the family member she sleeps with left the room to talk on the phone, she became even more stressed. She wouldn’t stop barking. I brought her to me, petting her ears, and using calming words that usually work. They didn’t. I took her in my room to lay on the bed, but she wouldn’t, and layed by the door, obsessing on family member on the phone. 2 hrs after taking the meds, she only calmed down because it was time to go to bed with said family member. If she became stressed because this person left the room, how stressed would she be if she left the house???!!!
