I got my Pentel Quicker Clicker when I was in high school, and I’ve had it ever since. I just kept refilling the lead over the years, and it held up through everything—college, work, and now nursing school at 40 years old. The only reason I finally had to replace it is because the eraser completely wore out after decades of use. That’s how tough and reliable this pencil is.When I decided to reward myself with a new one, I was so happy to find out Pentel still makes the Quicker Clicker, and it’s the exact same pencil—not just the same style. It still writes smoothly, feels great in my hand, and works flawlessly.This isn’t just a pencil, it’s been a companion through different stages of my life, and I’m thrilled to keep using it. my favorite mechanical pencil
I have these pencils all over the house and in my purse. I was a musician, and needed a sharp pencil for marking scores. This pencil, with the 0.5mm lead, is always sharp. In addition, it has a generous eraser that can be advanced and adjusted as it wears down, and is very easy to replace. The advance button is a very convenient place, and the rate of advance is perfect. I have used other pencils that put the lead out too far, causing it to break easily. I really like the control I have with these pencils, and they are comfortable for my older, arthritic hands to hold. I use them for grocery lists, writing notes, doing Sudoku and crosswords, etc., and, as I have said, have one in my kitchen, one at my computer, one by my bed, one in my bathroom, and always have one with me when I’m out and about. Buying and installing replacement leads (of which there are choices for darkness) and erasers is easy. I recommend these pencils without reservation.

The best precision pencil out there.
It might seem a little expensive for a pencil but these things work flawlessly and last forever. I have one from 30+ years ago and it works as well as new.They sell replacement erasers and lead so if you dont lose the pencil or bend the metal tip (which can usually just be bent back) itll last forever.

Nope, false package advertising.Came with one piece of lead in each. Had to track down lead immediately.

For my preferences, I care about comfort and convenience which this mechanical pencil provides. The loading mechanism being on the side is handy. The translucent barrel makes it easy to see when you’ll need to refill it. The grip isn’t too large so holding the pencil is pleasant. The overall weight is light but the pencil is sturdy.The eraser isn’t the best but if you’re writing a lot then you’d probably want to get a dedicated eraser rather than rely on the included one here.Overall, if you’re looking for a quality mechanical pencil, I would highly recommend this one.

excelente calidad, la nueva version de los quicker clicker tiene muy buenos detalles, colores y texturas. este lapicero cuenta con un clutch metalico de bronce los cual es muy bueno por el precio, tiene goma de borrar grande y incluyen 6 puntillas cada lapicero. son muy ergonomicos y en lo personal si me gusta el grip de goma.

Feels really great to write with and so far I am quite happy. The leads don’t break, despite them being 0.5, so I guess the leads that come with it are pretty good quality. I have a lot of mechanical pencils and this has one of the best hand feels in my opinion, but the side click is not that significant for me. Still neat to have.
