Removes human urine smell
My son wets the bed through his pull-up and mattress protector. I use this to get rid of the urine smell on his mattress & it works like a charm! I do feel that it’s pricey but since it works, I continue to buy it. I also use it to get rid of the dog smell on the couch. Just a quick spray & move on with your life. I highly recommend it.

I don’t usually write Amazon reviews because I don’t feel that strongly about a product but I want to write this to tell people THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. Like some other reviewers have commented, I used Nature’s Miracle and then they changed the formula and the smell was really strong and unpleasant. Even with the original version it had a smell that lingered for days if not longer, and I don’t think it worked that well because I had to let it dry and re-apply for days (I used it for dog urine). I researched pet odor-eliminating sprays (outside of Amazon) and this one came highly recommended for effectiveness and also not having an overwhelming scent. It works SO MUCH better than Nature’s Miracle. I realized that I could apply this once and it took care of the smell after one application, and no lingering chemical/perfume smell. It also works for stains. I had a stain on the carpet that had set in. I thought I would try this as it does say it works for pet stains but I was skeptical. I sprayed it and the stain literally disappeared. Very highly recommended.

Handle
The nozzel handle sprayer is short and literally no place to hold it with one hand one has to hold it with both hands and somehow spray. The solution works well on tough stuff but again . . . The handle.

I am giving this 5 stars for removing dog urine odor. I always apply immediately, after I have used towels to soak up the majority of the liquid from the carpet. I then spray in the stain & odor remover, and agitate into the carpet fibers. I then use more towel to soak up, and repeat with the spray.I do not find it to be terribly successful for stains, perhaps because I have a cream carpet. I therefore also use a foaming carpet cleaner in combination with this product, to get rid of the stain. So after I apply the spray as above, I spray in a foaming pet stain carpet cleaner, and I use a hand held bristle brush to scrub the carpet clean.I continue to purchase this product for odor removal, because this takes out the smell completely. It has a faint smell of something mellow, maybe lemongrass? It’s pleasant and not offensive or strong. And once dry, no smell at all. All the other products seem to smell strong or like orange…. which is no good for me. I’m sensitive to chemical or strong smells. Sticking with what I know works!

It was hard to tell. Idk if the stains were so bad or this stuff sucks… But I guess an entire bottle did seem to lighten the stain.

I bought this because my little dog was sick and had several incidents of vomit 🤮 (Mostly bile and water) on my laundry room floor which is porcelain tile. She had some runny stools also. This was all cleaned and mopped up right away. I could not get rid of the lingering smell. I used Lysol, various floor cleaners, vinegar, and Clorox bleach. The smell kept returning. I believe it was the bile from the vomit. And, it was just within a couple days — not old. I tried this product and sprayed the floor, mopped over it with a clean, damp mop and let it dry. THE SMELL IS GONE!I also threw some old blankets that she had thrown up on back in the washer for a 3rd/4th time with a 1/2 cup of this product. I had washed them and there was still a lingering smell. They smell good now. It doesn’t say you can do this in the washer on the label, but it worked for me.It’s the enzymes! And, my little dog is much better.

Eliminates Odor and Removed stains!
I have a 6 month puppy who doesn’t have accidents anymore, but does vomit from time to time, mostly bile or after eating grass. We spray this after we clean up the mess and the scent of vomit is gone! I’m super sensitive to smell and can’t stand anything strong without getting a headache. This scent is light and citrusy and definitely bearable. I also tried this on an old stain on my couch, let it soak and scrubbed it, and surprisingly the stain was also gone! I wish I had this when we had more frequent accidents in the home, but so glad I have it now. Love that it’s natural, non toxic, cruelty free and safe for all of us.

Update… When you go by the instructions it works great!!
This stuff just didn’t work for me. My cat sprayed for the first time, in my car! We were on the way to the vet to get him fixed (go figure) but I used this stuff like 3 times and my car still reeks!! Going to have to shampoo it I guess……. update 06/23/20 I’m an idiot I didn’t use it right the first time! The old saying goes when all else fails read the instructions! LOL LMAO… after reading the instructions and actually using the product exactly the way it says to do it it DOES do a great job actually. The smell and stain came right out! Wish I wouldn’t have been sooooo ” blonde” the first time!! Haha.. my bad 😉
